STAY AWAY FROM WOODSTOCK PROPERTIES!!! This place is the worst place ever to rent from. Laurie Suarez was our property manager and she is HORRIBLE! She is a big liar and will do anything to make herself feel like her story is the truth. She charged me for appliances that was broken and she promised to send someone out to fix and never did. Her last words to me and my husband was she sent a repair guy out to super glue the microwave and she's got the invoice to prove it. What the he**is all I can say!!! Just know when you rob Peter to pay Paul you never see a good ending Mrs. Suarez. When you do

Dusty and her team was very professional. When we moved away from Hawaii due to military obligations, Dusty made it a priority to prepare our property for rent. The quality of work they did was second to none. They were prompt in addressing any issues with the property and kept me informed of any news regarding my property. I rented from Woodstock for a year and all my experiences with them were very positive. Dusty checked me in and Carmen was my property manager and checked me out. Both went smoothly and painlessly. I did use their cleaners to save myself the work and stress of a possible re-clean. I've rented many times and I've found it's worth the money. Just my opinion. Carmen was great during checkout and I'm glad I chose to rent from them.

My experience has been very positive. I rent a condo that they manage. I have only had 2 problems and each time they were very responsive to fixing it. The people are very friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Woodstock Properties. When it comes time to move I will first go to them for other possible properties to rent.

I would highly recommend Woodstock Properties. My husband and I live on the mainland and have relied on Dusty and her team to manage our home in Eva Beach. They have always been very professional and pay attention to every detail. When we unfortunately needed to sell our home Dusty was very helpful in helping relocate the tenants. She didn't even charge us a fee for having to break our lease early.

Great company to have rent your property. I have recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so. They are always polite and ready to answer any question I have. Their fees are competitive with other management companies, but I would have to say after shopping around they are the best ones to have working for you.
