One of the worst places to live in Orange County. If you want to move here be prepared to not only be harassed by security guards, but have your packages stolen from your door, struggling to find parking, atleast 1-2 parking tickets a week because you’re desperate and have to park in red. On top of all that there is plentiful of open parking spots in the neighborhood but the office does not want anyone parking there and they won’t even tell you why. And if you park in those spots you’ll get your car towed. Also people will vandalize your car and there’s multiple instances where drivers

Is bug heaven. I don't get it why managnment are not taking this seriously. This whole complex needs extream deep cleaning. And bombing of the bugs every 6month in every unit. They need to use the bug gel in each complex inside bathroom and kitchen cabinets by the maintenance them self!!!. Is endless battle here with the bugs. Residents needs to do their part too not just blame the managers!!! Managers how ever needs to do maintenance!!!! Work and not be lazy . they need to bug spray every month!!!! Out side. So the team effort of both is non exzestances

Nice property when it’s not tagged with gang related graffiti but absolutely NO visitor spaces and even the tenants don’t get a parking space unless they own a car and visitors can’t park in the tenants parking space either without getting towed.
Property has gates but they are not use which allows solicitors and transients easy access to the property. The property also shares its grounds with another apartment complex which doesn’t keep their buildings kept up and is an eyesore.
I’ve had things stolen from my doorstep and my screen has been tampered with multiple times but the less

Great apartments! But the only thing that really sucks about this apartments is that if you were to visit someone there you wouldnt or couldn't cause there's no parking or a visitor's parking n you cant leave or park on the street cause your car"WILL" get tow! They should think or make a visitor's parking they have parking spaces that aren't use! That why alot of people move out of this apartments cause of parking issues!
