A well flow test will help determine if there is a problem with the well or its associated equipment such as the pump and storage tank that requires further evaluation or repair by a professional well contractor. All visible components of the well system will be inspected.
This includes the well head, if above ground and visible, the pressure (storage) tank, the piping and wiring and the well pump (only jet pumps, which are typically located next to or on top of the storage tank can be visually inspected).If a well has a submersible pump (meaning the pump is inside the well shaft) it is not visible and can not be inspected.

I received a thorough, if pricey, home inspection from this company. The inspector gave me all the time I wanted to ask questions and go over findings of the inspections. Recommended, though again, I feel the price for a sub-1000 sq ft condo unit inspection was about $100 too high.

Inspector was prompt, courteous, and efficient with getting his work done. Walked us through each section of the home during the inspection to note findings and discuss how that part of the house structure looked. Written report was thorough. Test results have come in quickly after the inspection.

I had to change my inspection date and time a few times and SIS was very accommodating and understanding. Cathy Corning was my inspector and she was fantastic. She arrived early and did an outside assessment first. She walked me through absolutely everything, answered all of my questions, and took her time with me and the house. She was easy to talk with and was very professional. I would recommend Cathy to anyone.

Recently had an inspection by Alex. He was very detailed, on time and explained everything clearly. This is my first time purchasing property and doing an inspection. He allowed me to follow him around and learn some things about what he looks for and how the inspection is performed. I would definitely recommend this company for an inspection. You're also allowed to pay ahead of time which is very convenient.
Unfortunately I have learned that the Radon department failed to pick up the radon device on time from the sellers property. This is concerning considering the sellers have kids. I called

I recently had a home inspection through Sherwood Inspection Services. Buying a home can be a very challenging process. My inspector Kyle was absolutely fantastic! He was patient, kind and very thorough. He explained everything in detail so that I could understand. He was informative and also 'impartial' about his explanations. He displayed expertise and maturity. I was fully able to make an educated decision after talking with Kyle and reading his review. The pictures were of great assistance as well.
