It's my first time buying a home, Jeremy was wicked friendly and explained the process. The inspection report was incredibly thorough, included photos along with notes. He followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood everything and could reach out to him with any questions any time. Made the whole process of home buying that much easier, definitely recommend

Jeremy is the best! I first knew him while he was helping a friend of mine with their home purchase, and heard great things. He just did two home inspections for houses I am purchasing and was such a pleasure to work with. He is attentive to detail and really knows buildings inside and out. 5 stars!

Jeremy did excellent job for my home inspection and was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to find descepencies that can be a issue for home buyer protection . He noted the good and bad and did thourough inspection report with color pictures . I do recommend his service and will use again.

Jeremy with Wiseman home inspections has been amazing to work with. As a realtor and an investor its imperative I get a thorough inspection done, and Jeremy gets it done every time! He is very attentive to his work, and I've been very satisfied with how detailed and easy to read the Reports have been.
