Lance is just awesome and astounding! He is an excellent and very honest professional who always extends more value and critical guidance and advice beyond his standard inspections. I had an amazing experience with him, hard to find very honest, thorough professionals like him helping customers beyond his usual home inspection business, thinking of and putting his his client(buyer) first before everything else! Lance was great. Very efficient and thorough with his inspection. He explained everything in great detail and was very informative. He arrived early and took his time with the inspection. I would recommend him to anyone buying a home regardless of if its your first time buying or your 2nd, 3rd, etc buying.

Lance is fantastic. He was very thorough with my inspection. He took four hours and explained every detail of the house to me. He check every single outlet to make sure they worked! I pointed out what looked like a sag in the roof that I saw during my first visit and he looked at it through a scope. Turns out there was shingle problems. He also found a substance that looked like mold and suggested an environmentalist check it out. Most inspectors won't provide that advice. I really think Lance saved me from a money pit with big headaches. I would recommend him to anyone.

Me and my husband were looking online for home inspector. After many calls, we founded United Home Inspections LLC. Lance answer the phone very polite and friendly. He helped us a lot over the phone, answer all the questions as first home buyer. Lance very impressing us, did excellent job. He definitely need more than 5 stars. I hired United Home Inspections after my brother-in-law recommended that I use the company because he had a great experience with the company. Lance is very professional, gave our family a thorough report, spent a good amount of time on the property giving us feedback on the home, and was very quick to reach out to us to give us a good deal of information. The cost of the home inspection was VERY affordable. Lance was really great and will explain things very thoroughly to you. I cannot recommend his services enough. Lance is absolutely the guy you want for your home inspection. We were 1st time home buyers and he walked us through every possible thing we could have wanted to know about our house. He makes it easy to understand, gives you expert advise along the way, and finds things I seriously doubt any other inspector would find or even look for. The price was great, the service was great, the communication was great! I'd give 6 stars if possible.
