Hired Paul to complete home inspection. Paul was very professional and was already inspecting the exterior when I arrived. Paul took the time to review all of his findings on the roof prior to continuing. During the inspection everything was explained thoroughly and all questions answered. Charges were very reasonable. Paul was extremely prompt, thorough, professional, and displayed a vast knowledge of home construction and systems. I was able to use the items he uncovered on his report to negotiate a lower sale price. He was, literally, worth 5 times his fee as that is the amount I negotiated back from the seller for the discovered issues.

Paul is thorough in inspecting a property that we are purchasing. He arrived at the property before us and was already inspecting the roof with pictures to include in his comprehensive report. He was fast and concise, friendly and open to our many questions as well as to our requests to review one thing or another. He was honest in his observations.
