Don't move here its worth the headache! We been here 2 years and regret even renewing a lease. New manager is ok but the problems within the apartment complex is bizarre. Have had to resort to cameras inside n outside my apartment because my car has been keyed and we've also had to deal with racial problems and GUNS violence. TURN AWAY QUICKLY...

If you have a choice, DO NOT move here. Buildings are falling apart, police are called multiple times a month and people seem to not be background checked. There is no security at all. There are cobwebs and wasp nests on multiple buildings. Pet deposit is $500 PER pet and $50 a month PER pet. Rent is outrageous, nearly $800 for a 2 bedroom apartment which is about 700 square feet. Late fee after 5 days is $100. If you want to break the lease, it is $2500. There is a new property manager, the third in two years, who is raising rent and threatening apartment inspections without consent. For your

I lived here for nearly 2 years and went through 2 maintenance men and 4 property managers. The lack of structure in this apartment complex is poor. There’s never been anything fixed we’ve requested, service is horrible, rent is too high for what you’re actually living in. Overall it’s a horrible experience that we decided it’s worth to break the lease than to live here any longer. Anyone living in these apartments can tell you the same, especially the 600 building.

The staff is awesome! Very pleasant and helpful with the tenants. I did not have any issues while living here and I would recommend to anyone moving to or in and around this area. The grounds were always kept up and the accommodations were adequate for the price of the rental. I enjoyed my stay here!! Thank you Northwood Apartments.
