Comet Greensboro is a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Comet Bermuda Run does not meet the initial requirements when you think of an "luxury" community. They do have nice amenities, as they should when spending minimum 1k per month on rent. Nothing was thought out properly in this community. Little over a year old community is having massive parking issues and requiring residents to reserve spots and pay extra per month in order to get close to their entrance. The management staff (especially the ones that live on site) is severely inadequate when it comes to customer service and following the own communities guidelines. The management focusing so

I have lived in this apartment complex for a little over a month and so far it has been great. I love that it is brand new with new stainless steel appliances and beautiful grey and white color scheme. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. I love the parcel system and that each apartment has a keypad and thermostat that can be controlled by your phone. Spacious with beautiful flooring and the valet trash is such a plus. Close to so many stores, downtown WS and right next to the highway so it conveniently located. Definitely the place to be if you're looking to move to or work in the Winston

The office is really good at communicating with us and keeping us updated of things going on in the community. The maintenance guys keep everything cleaned up and maintained. I really like that I can go by the clubhouse for free beer after work. It's nice here. My apartment is one that has the elevator access and I am really enjoying that convenience.

This place was recommended to me by my sister in law who knows someone that's had a very positive experience here. First of all, the community looks like it was recently built & it's very well maintained. The floor plans are really upscale & a great value for the $$. Another plus, the lady in the office was super patient with me and thoroughly answered all of my questions which was nice because I often feel rushed at other places. I was considering 2 other communities before I found this one but this one takes the cake. The main selling points for me were the great customer service

I’ve lived at Comet Bermuda Run for over 6 months now and I love it! I live in a beautiful and spacious apartment with my girlfriend and 2 dogs and we couldn’t be happier. The amenities are top tier and the office staff are all amazing. I would recommend Comet Bermuda Run to anyone looking to upgrade their living situation!

I filled out the application and was approved, my dog was screened and was approved. He is a boxer mix. After staying here for 2 months, I went to return some mail I received that wasn't mine. I had just gotten off of work and was walking my dog. My dog is protective over me but is not a threat. I knocked on the door and no one answered for 3 minutes. Cars began pulling up, then one of the ladies who works here (Amber) started walking up from her apartment. When I turned to tell her I was bringing mail that wasn't mine, the community manager (Yyvonne) finally comes to the door I am standing

Decent development. Neighbors aren’t the friendliest. Some go out of their way to avoid eye contact, and many are friendlier with their pets than people. Seems to be a certain “cultural” atmosphere. Take from this what you wish. On the flip side, you’ll be left alone and not bothered with getting to know your neighbors if that’s your thing. The apartment manager is nice and seems to be a rational person without bias. As for the construction of the apartments, they are nicely laid out and have attractive features. There is some noise transfer, but nothing outside the norm for apartment

The staff here is so friendly! Yvonne and Amber have been great! They are all so helpful and kind when I stop in for my daily coffee in the office. Chelsie is new so I've only met her a couple of times but she seems to be really sweet as well! I love my apartment here and have no intentions of going anywhere!

This community was absolutely the best choice! From the very first interaction to present day it has been nothing but a joy living here! All my neighbors are so nice and this staff always says hi and chats a quick second when I run into them on the grounds. The location is perfect and the rates are better than all I researched. The layout of my apartment is exactly what I was looking for, if your trying to decide where to rent just sign with Comet!
