I have rented for 5 years with All County. I owned my home in NY for 40 years. I came to Florida 12 years ago to be a Director of Religious Ed for almost 10 years. I am a professional, retired educator from NY so, trust me when I say I look at everything with a critical eye.
While I never actually met the landlord, he was kind to let me rent for 5 years until this August when he decided to sell. Nicole Bell was a wonderful negotiator so my rent was not raised the last 3 years.
I have only compliments for Foxworth and the entire team. They are efficient, competent and a 5 star business. Theirs

I can NEVER get get ahold of anyone. I keep getting transferred and I leave voicemails and never hear anything back. Absolutely no professionalism in anything they do. I moved into my apartment in February and didn’t get the key to my mail box for 6 weeks! They wanted me to pick it up in St. Pete when I live in Venice. They also took their time fixing the dryers to the complex. Not worth using these people!

As an out of state investor, it can be difficult to leave my rental properties to someone i trust. I can honestly say they have done an excellent and professional job since taking over my nightmare previous management company based out of tampa. I originally found them because i was using their company for my rental property in ocala.
The owner is very transparent and quick to respond, I wish them all the success and wishes for the future.

I have rented through All County Pros for two apartments. They have been absolutely fantastic. Nicole Bell the assistant property manager has been an amazing help. Anytime I need some I would shoot her an email and she responded quickly and had maintenance out in a timely manner. Foxworth the property manager is very kind and helpful as well. If you are looking for a property, I definitely recommend looking at their properties. Everything is pretty much online it’s was so seem-less and I just greatly appreciate all of their efforts and efficiency.

I highly recommend All County Property Management. The team is professional and care for all their clients. In fact, they have procedures in place which protect both the owners and the tenants. Nicole Bell is absolutely amazing! Every question or issue I had was immediately handled and taken care of quickly and professionally. After having a truly horrible experience with a previous landlord, my husband and I didn't have high expectations when All County Pros took over. It quickly became apparent that ACP were true professionals. Nicole Bell took care of us from the minute they took over our lease until a month or so after we moved out (after purchasing our first home.) She was always incredibly professional and prompt in her correspondences with us, but most importantly for us, after being treated awfully (through absolutely no fault of our own) by our previous landlord, she was nice. Imagine that--a nice landlord!

I lived in a home managed by All County Pros for 3 years and we never had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely fashion. Nicole Bell was our main point of contact and she was always so professional and quick to respond to my inquiries and help us through any maintenance issues that came up. She was truly a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone if you're looking to rent from a no-hassle, no-nonsense company that stands by their word and always follows through.
