I'll sum this up quickly.
Cassens in Edwardsville tells me I have a rod knocking in my 2012 ram pickup and a replacement engine was 11,000 dollars.
I called around to a bunch of places to see if I could get one cheaper and auto tech actually came out to my house and listened to it a determined it was not a rod knocking.
I had it towed for free from my insurance there and 4100 dollars later it was fixed and runs great plus he kept the parts to show me what had failed.
Excellent and trustworthy place to take your vehicle.
Plus everyone there is super nice.

AMAZING business to work with. We have taken all of our customers vehicles who need the bed liner resprayed & we tell everyone about them when they call looking for a bed liner to be sprayed as we no longer do it. Super nice, super fast & they do a great job every time!!!

Pretty good just seems like it is to busy and not enough workers think they need to expand their building but not at the current location not big enough for it and the parking lot is to cramped for one thing and of course the prices are to High like any car shop! Quilaty not always the best either have had a couple of issues there but I guess that's any car place you go quality control is a issue and I tend to put that responsibility on the owner's.

It doesn't get any better than this team. Gary and Jean have taken care of my vehicles for many, many years! I live just north of Lebanon and it is worth the 30 min drive to bring my car, truck,tractor,,whatever (I haven't let him work on my Goldwing yet,,but maybe!) Professional and honest to a fault. Gary won't do anything unnecessary, He won't gouge, He keeps you informed all the way through. I'm proud to call them my Friends!
