Honest, helpful and quick. We were originally told it would be several days before they could even look at the car. They called they day it was dropped off and conferred with my husband that triaged the issue as best he could 90 minutes away with info from a 20 year old college student. A call back confirmed the suspected diagnosis. The car was done that day and at a fair cost. Communication was outstanding and even let the kid pick the car up after hours. My son is a student and we've needed their services at least twice now in the last several months. Very professional and the owner, although I've never met him in-person, has been very forthright and personable on the phone and in-person with my son. They seem like a customer-oriented shop and I heartily recommend.👌

I dont recommend anything from them. they'll have your car all day and not even work on it. you spend money on a rental car all day for no reason since they wont even work on your car. then they act like it's no big deal that you are out money for the day with nothing accomplished. now I have to pay for another rental car and take my car to another shop for the day to try and get it repaired. I definitely wont recomend them and will highly encourage people to go to a shop that actually cares about their customers and their customers money
