We charge a $495 professional fee and 2.9% due at closing* for six months of Full Service Representation. We offer it all: from sign placement, door lockboxes, advertisements, virtual tours, showing service, pricing and staging advice, contract and repair negotiations, supervision at closing, and title company consultation.
Your Listing is syndicated in the Central Arkansas area, advertised on our company page, social media and countless other websites. A 24/7 Showing time service is provided, for a standardized method of scheduling showings. This service includes a Mobile app, allowing the seller to quickly and effectively approved showings and get feedback!

Amanda Mercer was my agent. I need to sell my house quickly. She did the impossible and sold my house in 2 weeks just two weeks before Christmas. She was patient, and always responded to my questions quickly. Her photographer staged the house very well and I believe her input helped sell the house. I would definitely use her again !
