Horst's motto is I never give up; it took some more time for us to refi because we had to make our credit better to qualify but Horst advised/guided us through what we had to do to get it done... He checked in on is from time to time to see how we were doing and finally found us a lender that would work with us once we got our credit improved and lined up... I couldn't be happier about my experience with Alt. Our broker was David Duenas. David for saved us over a full percent on our refi, even after I shopped around for a while. He bested all the usual mortgage banks, including Lending Tree.
