Rise Yoga & Wellness is located in downtown Golden, CO. Rise Yoga & Wellness focuses on women's health and assisting women through the transition of pregnancy, the post-natal period, menopause, and celebrating femininity. Our goal is to create a sisterhood and strengthen one another physically and mentally through Buti yoga practices (Deep, Hot core, Buti, Sculpt) and pre and post-natal classes.
I have collaborated with three other talented pelvic health physical therapists to bring this information to you to help prepare for birth. No matter what your physical goals are, it's important for all women to know about their pelvic floor muscles and how to care for them - it's part of your body!

Jen is an absolute game changer! I first saw her to get dry needling for tight hip flexors and lower back pain and she immediately recognized a slew of other issues I thought was "normal." After seeing her regularly for a couple months, she successfully gave me a whole new body and educated me on what IS normal and to recognize my opportunities to improve overall wellness. She is incredibly knowledgeable and a specialist in women's health. Jen helped me in ways I didn't even know I needed help in and I highly recommend her to anyone trying to alleviate any sort of body pain or imbalances. She will

I have been going to Anderson physical therapy for a while now and it has been the best experience. She helps me with all problems from headaches, to jaw problems, to muscular pain. Since seeing her I have felt more capable of daily movement. I highly recommend spending some time with her!

Jen is professional, knowledgeable and you feel truly cared for from the moment you step into her office. She worked with me on pain I was having in my low back and knee. The level of detail in providing easy yet effective exercises I could get done with a 15 month old was awesome! I look forward to working with her in my next pregnancy!

Jen Anderson is hands down one of the most skilled and knowledgeable Physical Therapists in Denver. My situation was unique and complex and Jen was one of the only PTs that was able to treat my neck appropriately. She basically kept me functioning for over a year as I was waiting for surgery. She validated and listened to what I was feeling; despite having other medical professionals misdiagnose the severity of my situation. She went above and beyond for me and I can't thank her enough. Highly recommend Jen Anderson if you are looking for a PT!

I had a series of long training runs and races where my pelvic floor pain was debilitating. I made an appointment with Jen in desperation and within the first two appointments I saw great improvement! I was able to complete my marathon training and race (a PR) with no pelvic floor pain! Thank you, Jen!

Jen is really amazing. I went to her after spending a year in physical therapy through my HMO with minimal results. I was frustrated and struggling with be told I was fixed when I clearly wasn’t. Jen really listened to my concerns and found things that would actually work for me. She helped me find resources for all aspects of my health and after a year with her I really feel like I am back on track to being back to where I was before I had my kids. She also helped with some injuries my husband had. Her office is beautiful and convenient. She’s truly one of the best medical professionals I’ve

My experience here has been phenomenal! Jen is clearly passionate about what she does, which translated into the most personalized healthcare experience I've ever had. She genuinely listened and made me feel extremely comfortable. My goal was to get back to weight lifting so she brought gear from her home in for our sessions. That felt above and beyond! She has an amazing practice that I highly recommend.
