This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you're making. Highly recommend John with Concise Home Inspection Services. We recently used his services for home inspection, irrigation inspection, and WDI inspection. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about everything and John was very patient and answered all of our questions with the same thoroughness he had during the home inspection. He went even further and gave us some maintenance tips for both short term and long term use. He brings, I believe, about 30 years of invaluable construction experience, as well. In addition to the actual defects he also coached us on how to maintain our new and things to worry about when we have kids.

We had an amazing experience working with John Pickren. As first time home buyers, we were a bit nervous coming into our home inspection. John went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and took time explaining each piece of the inspection.
