You can remove most clogs from your toilet using a household plunger. If you don't have a plunger, you can purchase one at most local hardware stores or big box retailers. Use the plunger to create suction against the drainage hole and push the clog through the pipe. Do not flush the toilet until the water drains on its own, or you could inadvertently flood your bathroom.

I had high hopes when I used Agency Rentals to rent a unit in Fairway Villa in Waikiki. The agent who showed me my unit and walked me through the leasing process was professional, polite, accommodating.
The building does not allow surfboards or bikes in the elevator, but the Agency Rentals rep told me that there was storage for both in the back of the building. I was originally introduced to Agency Rentals through my realtor. They only handle property management and do not sell real estate, which must be why my sales agent likes them. It took a little while to connect, as we kept playing phone tag for a few days. I was glad when we were able to connect to discuss my property, they were very knowledgeable and helped me make the decision on a few last minute repair issues to get it ready for tenants.

I am super picky when it comes to choosing a rental agent to manage my properties. I have seen the worst thing happening to units that are not well managed and this is why i like to do my due diligence and take the time to only hire the best.
Agency rentals were not just amazing but their price was pretty affordable too! I highly recommend them and will use them in all my other future rentals! Hands down the best

Two thumbs up for this company. One of the more ethical property manager on the island that actually look out for the owners. They really know their stuff, is organized and professional. The owner of the company is not only experienced, easy to work with, he's also very well connected and can point you in the right direction if you have any other real estate needs.
