The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is conveniently located at the base of Peak 7 in Breckenridge, mere steps from the Independence SuperChair. With easy access to the ski area's 2,200+ acres of terrain, the Grand Lodge also sits on the BreckConnect Gondola route at the Peak 7 turn station, providing direct access to Peak 8 as well as historic downtown Breckenridge.
We will take your family portrait around the resort and load them onto a USB drive for you to take home! Please RSVP in advance for your Session. Wish there was a 4+ stars rating option as our impression of this lodge is between 4 and 5. Great ski in/ski out location at the base of Peak 7. Nice lobby area with good restaurant options and good spa areaand amenities. We've visited the condos a couple times and they are somewhat basic, but nice.

This was our first time staying at Grand Lodge and we did not have a great time. The customer service was sub-par and the staff seemed almost annoyed that we were even there. Any time we called concierge or the front desk to ask for anything, their immediate question was “Are you an owner?”. I understand that they’re trying to sell units as timeshares, but I’m not interested, so stop asking. And me not wanting to become an owner shouldn’t affect how I am treated as a current, paying guest, which it did. I called the concierge on multiple occasions asking for help regarding local restaurants

After a mix up on room assignment due to human error the staff did their best to make up for it. Overall the property is great! If you are a novice skier though be cautious as there is no beginner terrain on peak 7. Great place for the holidays as the hotel and town is decorated perfectly. Easy to town with the gondola steps away.

This is our second time staying at Grand Lodge on Peak 7. The first time they delivered with customer service and we had a great time! However, we had a different experience the second time. The pros are that the rooms were clean and we had a great setup with the two other families we stayed with. Unfortunately, customer service did not deliver this time. We booked a reservation in August and knew this time to call ahead for a theatre reservation. Unfortunately, when we called 4 days in advance to book the theatre, they couldn't find our reservation. Over the course of 2 days, we spent over 2 hours

Awesome 5-star condo resort right at the base or the Independence chair lift on the slopes. Many hot tubs, pools, recreation room with movie theaters, gym, restaurants, ski lockers, and much more. Free shuttle to main street in town if you want even more. I would highly recommend if you want to relax, unwind, or get your ski/board on.

Want to feel like a spoiled individual by A Staff of Awesome people, then come here. The Team Members are so attentive all you get is 100% of what you want. The space is awesome, every creature comfort you can think of is there and ready for your consumption. Food, Beverage and Recreation activities no matter what the season. You need to get here for your own experience, you'll be glad you did.

We’ve been owners at Grand Colorado for about a year now and just added a week for Grand Lodge and we loved our first stay. We love that it’s so dog friendly, the pools and grotto/spa are so relaxing with beautiful views, and most of all the access to gondolas/shuttle. Jack at the front desk was also super helpful and accommodating. We are so excited about our stays for years to come.
