My wife and I stayed here for two nights over Christmas break, Dec. 28 and 29 2020. We had stayed at this same hotel two years prior and enjoyed our stay and accommodations.
Unfortunately for us, the hotel was sold to a new owner while we were there.
Everything was very dilapidated in the hotel, the service was mediocre, and the 6 inches of snow on the entry steps and sidewalk was left un-shoveled.
We checked in at 2:30 PM and went to our room after collecting the key at the front desk. Our room had not been cleaned from the prior guests!
We went back to the front desk and were told that the check

Very disappointed with Josh and the management. Had reservations for March 21, 2020 and had to cancel due to COVID. Tried to rebook for March 2021 and the rate has increased 25%, and no refund will be offered. Unfortunate when companies take advantage of COVID and use it as an excuse to shed costs onto the consumer nor offer a refund. BE AWARE of the ethics of this company.

The price was right, the location perfect, nice staff, big clean room. I will definitely stay here again!'
My suggestion is an additional mirror in the room and
Touch up paint needed in room 304.

Hotel Frisco is a cozy, friendly little hotel that we really enjoyed staying at. We stayed one night in between ski days so we didn't have to drive so far home and we were not disappointed!

Easy check in, friendly service. Rooms and hallways are very clean, decor is nice. Bed was super comfortable and our room was surprisingly large. One of the few places in the area with a reasonable price tag and obviously, several nearby resorts (Copper, Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, Arapaho Basin and Loveland all less than an hour, most only 30 minutes away).

Walk-able area with very

Loved our stay at this hotel! It's pretty, clean and cozy and surrounded by so many restaurants and shops so it's super convenient, too. Another bonus is Rena. She is the best and made our stay there even better. Can't wait to go back!

I had the best stay at Hotel Frisco over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend. The hotel has a great location on Main Street, the rooms are clean and comfortable, but most of all, Rena was such an amazing host. She made sure we had a great time and felt like we were at home during our stay. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Frisco!

Never to stay here again. Hell NO!!!!

I hate the fact that I waste my time to write this review for worst place we stayed in Frisco.

We stayed here 3 nights in Feb 2019 front unit (handicap accessible)

Check in was easy but best stops there.
The room heater wasn't working and they gave oil filled portable heater and make things worse, it leaked and dropped oil on the wooden floor. We took it to front desk and they said they will check...several hours gone by no response and no one at the front desk. This is 6:30 pm in the evening. However I saw them using the same heater next to front

Great little place in a great location, nothing fancy, not trying to be hip, just a decent value. We had a drink on the house in the lobby after we checked in and really enjoyed the company of Stephen, the desk clerk.

Great location, but there are issues. the rooms are in fact tiny and a bit run down in places. more to the point for me, is that the staff was quite disengaged. I left 2 messages asking for some assistance with a reservation issue and they were not returned. in general, the staff was disengaged, staring at the computer rather than interacting, and not proactive about resolving my questions. there is NO COFFEE POT in the rooms, a big oversight in my opinion. We were able to walk to everything we needed which was definitely nice.

We had two hotel rooms reserved for a bachelorette party. They cancelled one of the rooms the day before for a plumbing issue. We ended up cancelling the other room since we obviously preferred to stay at the same place. We were told we would receive a full refund within 2-3 business days for both reservations. It's now 10 days later and neither of us have received our refund. Extremely unprofessional and my phone call to the manager has not been returned.

Pros: Great location- Right in the middle of all the action next to bars/restaurants/shops.

Cons: $9.00 parking fee in the lot behind the hotel, uncomfortable bed/pillows, small crammed rooms, no air conditioning, no breakfast options, not the friendliest service. The shared hot tub backed right up to our sliding glass door, so anyone in the hot tub could see right into our room.

Nice place, great location for a ski-type town. $10/night parking fee, no air conditioning, and no pets allowed (even though they have a pet dog in the lobby) are the only things I didn't like about the place. I saw some older reviews saying that parking was free and pets were allowed but the policy must have changed. The showers worked great, the hot tub was nice, the staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and the rooms were nice as well.

Hotel Frisco is located on Main St. - walking distance to a bunch of shops, restaurants and bars.

The decor emphasized the mountain-town vibe. There's a large, stone fireplace in the lobby with a moose head above it. The wall collage in our room was very cute.

The room itself was tiny, but cozy! The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Austin was working at the front desk when we checked in and he was very friendly. My boyfriend and I had a beer during happy hour and Austin gave us a bunch of recommendations for food, beer and music venues around the area.

The only negative about this

PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES : BEWARE unauthorized charge on my card for this place. i called to have it addressed and they refuse to refund. so after having the charge investigated we asked about the reservation in question.
they couldn't accommodate it, but took a false payment for it?

I go back and forth on this hotel stay and what rating I should give this little abode. I am going with a three because it is right in the middle and I think that is how I feel about this place. It is A-OK! By no means was it awful, but I am not eager to get back because of some little quirks.

PROS:

- This place has a PRIME location. I would come here if I am just staying one night. It is in the middle of main st. in Frisco and you can walk anywhere. It doesn't get much better on the location spectrum.

- It has been redone so the decor is sooooo cute. I loved their wall collages and

So, I'll start off that I read the bed size wrong and it was a full size bed. We just needed a place to lay our heads so we could go skiing and it just didn't cut the mustard. I'm 6'2" and my brother-in-law is 6'5". Not a good fit. Again, it was my fault and we booked the last room in the place, so we had to just live with it. It would have been fine, had it been my wife and me.

The hotel itself is nice. Easy to find and Matt, the front desk guy, was awesome. I noticed at about 9:30p that the front desk is open from 9a to 9p and called up there. Matt

Pros: nice, clean room. free wine or beer with happy hour. great location in town - easy to walk to restaurants. nice, large outdoor hot tub. easy parking.

Cons: Room 107 was very hot - no a/c, which usually wouldn't be a problem but it was hot in July and on the first floor w a very small window, so the hallway got more ventilation than our room. Woman working at the front desk was not friendly.
