Favorite hotel in Breck! Beds were really comfy, plenty of amenities and entertainment. Loved both of the restaurants! Staff were super kind and genuinely cares about customer service. Overall a great experience. My only complaint is the hours for the coffee bar is too short. The membership program is not really worth it.

We were promised one room and one price per night ($890/night) and then given another room at a more expensive price $2500. +- only because they could not provide that room beyond one day and the only other room was a condo. Ski season holiday.
When I asked for a reasonable for their mistake, they were argumentative.
I felt the management was not honest and would not recommend anyone staying there.
In addition they charged $80 per day per vehicle for parking which is outrageous and that was never communicated to us.

Overall, I love coming here. There are a couple of negatives, but they are easily outweighed by the amazing vibe and experience. I would really give it a 4.5 out of 5
Pros:
-The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. The bed is comfy and the rooms I have stayed in had nice sitting areas. Very pleasant feel. And the common areas have a great vibe.
-The restaurant is amazing (try the curried salmon!) - and Rick makes some great drinks
-The staff are incredibly nice and accomodating throughout the hotel. I've never had a negative interaction with anyone who works there
-Just about everything

Full disclosure- I don't live in CO, I was visiting my brother and his family. He got a room here for us and his 3 kids since the two older ones had ski training/instruction from 9-3 on Saturday. So we got here on Friday night and we had a room on the first floor. One room had the king size bed, the other room had a huge double bunk bed (all set up on the same frame, each with their own individual light). Can sleep up to 6 people here easily.

Cabin Juice is one of my favorite spots in Breck! Kat was our server and was an absolute pleasure. Our dinner was phenomenal. We enjoyed 3 courses and a few bottles of wine. Our group ordered the elk, salmon, and burger. Chris was knowledgeable about the wine and gave us perfect pairings for the food. Also Alex and Rick- thanks for the hospitality! We topped off dinner with cookies, cheesecake, and other unbelievable desserts. Will be back next week!

My husband and I loved our stay at Gravity Haus, and it was easily the best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the fun decor to the friendly staff, our entire experience was excellent. Housekeeping kept our room tidy and clean each day, and the staff even replenished our supplies without us asking (towels, toilet paper, etc.) The location of Gravity Haus was perfect and within walking distance to all of the fun restaurants, shopping, and bars. Cabin Juice was our favorite restaurant, and the food and drinks were high quality and delicious. The only con is the $35/night valet, but the staff was

We stayed for 2 nights on our trip around CO. The staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfy, as were the pillows! The rooms are modern and nicely appointed. You even get robes and a decorative throw for your bed.
The only complaints we had:
1) my husband knocked his shins on the sharp bed platform corners about 4 times
2) the barn door closing on the bathroom doesn't fit, so it doesn't provide much privacy!
Minor things, which didn't detract from our visit.

GH Vail has been such a great experience! They have done an amazing remodel and everyone who works there is so nice, professional and welcoming. All of their amenities are all convenient. In the winter months you can workout, work, ski and hot tub all in the same day. The summer time rentals look great (excited to use) and they keep coming out with great member events. The yoga teachers and massage therapists have all been phenomenal. The slope room is one of our favorite restaurants. They take great care of their members!

This review is about gym.Gym members being treated poorly, renovation is going for over year showers ,locker rooms hot tub sauna, steamer nothing works there is 1 ONE bench press and 2 Lat machines and of course the price goes up, save your self time and money and don't get lured into their promotions they are all fake. For the price 10 times higher than planet fitness you are not giving 1/10 of what they give.

We ended up having to extend our trip an extra night due to weather & the staff was incredibly accommodating. They were friendly the entire week stay, they were super helpful, & they were eager to help us in any way they could. The breakfast included with your stay is actually good- & I'm a picky eater. Loan who works there is an actual saint. She deserves a gold star or medal or a raise. Plus the location is prime. Right in the heart of Vail Village.

Great rooms with AC for the summer time. All the service through out the hotel was amazing. The beds were very comfy and the rooms aren't super small. The bathrooms were huge and showers were solid. The athletic club is a nice touch with hot tubs outside on the patio. The free breakfast buffet was tasty as well!

My husband and I spent our "Mini-Moon" at the Vail Mountain Lodge following our destination wedding near Denver, CO and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our choice! We dealt with Chris and Micah during our stay, and the professionalism as well as service was TOP notch! Our room was just perfect and I highly recommend booking a spa appointment downstairs too. The location is also ideal - stop looking, book your next getaway at the Lodge now!

I was stuck in a bad situation and Vail Mt Lodge came to my rescue! No joke!
My boyfriend was driving me home from Aspen to Denver, the roads were pretty bad on I-70, we didn't think it was gonna be that bad, but it was. The scary part was, we were in a rental car with only front wheel drive so we were at risk of sliding off the road, crashing or getting stuck somewhere or all of the above.
We decided to stop and stay overnight in Vail before Vail pass, best decision since they closed Vail pass right after we turned off the road!

We stayed here for a little over week after I had knee surgery at the Steadman Clinic. They were incredibly kind and accommodating! We requested an extra fridge for our room and they did so! Which helped out incredibly. The beds and pillows were just the comfiest!! And the cleaning staff was AMAZING! We came in one day and they were scrubbing the glass walls of the shower and they always accommodated our schedules and completed the cleaning while I was at physical therapy! We just couldn't figure out the heated bathroom floors! Would love to stay here again!

Hotel and our room was miserably hot. Around 75 degrees the whole 5 hours we were in the room. Vail was in the 80's that day so it literally made us sick being in that hot humid room. When I called down to complain they were not upfront with me , they told me they'd send someone to look at the air conditioner. The guy ended up bringing a fan. When I threatened to leave someone called and admitted our room and a lot of other room don't have air conditioner. I was upset that they didn't say that the first time I complained. We stayed here to see the GoPro Mountain Games 2015 event. In a nutshell, we wish we could stay at this hotel longer to just indulge ourselves. First of all, their hospitality made us want to visit here again. When we made a reservation by phone, a concierge (Mr. Chris) suggested doing that online using hotel's website would be more affordable, so we did that. All staff was very attentive and congenial.
