I came to Breckenridge in 1998 in search of a small town to call home after a life lived bouncing around the globe as a Navy brat. Following nearly ten years working for a locally owned Summit County title company and serving on my homeowners' association board, I took a job in town managing HOAs for a large property management company.
Although I learned to bi-ski with the BOEC, I take it more slowly on snowshoes these days. The Wedgewood Lodge is located at 535 Four O'Clock Road in Breckenridge, directly across the street from the Snowflake Lift. We are just 2.5 blocks from downtown Breckenridge which is a short 5-minute walk. Take interstate 70 West to exit 203 (Frisco/Breckenridge). Follow the roundabout and continue on the road that runs above the interstate.
Smoking is prohibited in any of our rooms and/or common inside areas. You may, however, smoke on outside balconies and patios throughout the property. Just remember, the majority of balconies are shared with other units, so please be respectful of your neighbors. The Wedgewood Lodge has both an underground parking garage and outside parking.
Through the Spring of 2022, units at Wedgewood Lodge are fully booked with long-term rentals. We hope to see you back in 2022-2023! Located just three blocks from Historic Main Street and across from the Snowflake Lift, the hardest thing you'll have to do is decide how to spend your day. First night deposit is required at time of booking on a credit card. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival or reservation may be cancelled. We will automatically charge card used for deposit for final payment unless instructed otherwise. If a reservation is booked within 30 days of arrival, we will ask for full payment by credit card at time of booking.
Remember to mention specials (at the time of booking) to your reservationist or use the applicable promo code when booking online to ensure your special rate is applied! We always offer our returning guests a 10% discount on stays of two or more nights, so make sure to let us know you've been here before!

If I could give negative stars I would. I rented an apartment from Tonti Properties (Michele Tonti specifically) and YIKES. Do not rent from these people. So beyond rude, everything was always a massive inconvenience. If my roommate or I ever had a question or an issue with the apartment they were usually pretty rude and reluctant to help. I repeat stay away from these people, they are just not good at their jobs and are very arrogant.

Really nice hotel, absolutely recommend.
The room is spacious and squeaky clean, free coffee each day after 8:00 AM. The location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from the snowflake lift and 3 minutes from the Main Street.

My wife and I stayed here while attending a wedding and couldn't be happier! they were very accomidating with a late check in and the room was very nice and clean. the staff provided recommendations and it was a very shot walk to main street in Breckenridge. if we ever ate back in the area this is where we'll stay!

I LOVE Wedgewood Lodge. My husband and I decided we wanted to do a small wedding, so we planned a 3-night stay for our 32 closest family & friends. We had such an amazing time. Our friends and family visited from all over the world and all were really happy with that we stayed here for festivities! I booked Wedgewood's large space for our ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect. We decorated it ourselves and had a good time. Brad and Kate seriously took good care of us. They helped us with everything we needed and set up all the tables and chairs too. The lodge itself is beautiful! All around the

Great logding by the slopes. Merely half a block away from the snowflake lift. About 4 blocks from main street. Townhouse was great. Fireplace, recliner, couch, fully equipped kitchen, laundry. 2.5 baths and 2 bedrooms. For a picky sleeper, one improvement they should make is to remove the glass over the balcony doors in the bedrooms or add shades over them. I had to put a towel over the glass to block the light which is bright at night. There are indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Front desk is very helpful and friendly. Limited number of parking spots but that's the best they can do given the available

Spacious living room with fire place, separate bedroom, and amazing location right next to the Snowflake lift and Charter Sports. It's as close as you can get to ski in, ski out, without the high price. The staff responded to emails before our stay giving good tips for where to book ski lessons and rental equipment. Specifically the general manager (Andee) and Kate were super helpful before our stay and the front desk team were very friendly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

I rented a very spacious two-bedroom two-and-a-half-bath unit that had two porches as well. The kitchen was great and had amenities that I needed to do some cooking. There were bar stools at the end of the kitchen that I loved to sit on while we were eating. The porch and sitting outside to drink my coffee in the morning was a bonus. Check-in was very easy and the people were very friendly. The price was perfect! We had appointments at the spa at Breckenridge and it was literally right next door. Perfect place to walk around and get to Main Street very easily. Didn't even need to use the car around

The location is awesome! It's just a short walk to most parts of Breck. I enjoyed the full kitchen, it was clean, the balcony was nice. I never did get a chance to hop in the hot tub but I did like it was an option. However, the bed was not very comfortable. Definitely bring your own pillow. Parking is also difficult and if you don't get a spot in the garage you lose sleep over whether or not your car will be towed in the morning. Lobby staff was friendly and helpful. I'd go there again (with my own pillow).
