This auto body shop does everything right - customer service, repair process, and top notch work. I have never had a more friendly owner discuss the ins and outs of repair, telling you limitations of certain insurance policies and the like, helping guide you through the whole process and often even help acquiring a rental.
The work always came out flawlessly and helps make the car look like nothing ever happened to it.
