Owner and home inspector, Kurt Hejza, dedicated 35 years of his professional career to commercial construction management. Since 2013, he's been using the many skills he acquired in commercial construction to provide residential buyers, sellers, and owners with comprehensive home inspection reports.
At Professional Building Diagnostics, we provide a variety of inspection services for Chicagoland Area buyers. We're happy to inspect residential homes of all values, including single-family houses, condos, townhomes, and apartments. Please read especially if you are a buyer. If you are looking to get an accurate report of the condition of property you're purchasing find someone else.
Professional Building Diagnostics performed an inspection on behalf of the buyers for a condo I'm selling. The phrase "performed an inspection" is generous - the "inspector" listed many items that were either very exaggerated or simply false. Some examples:
- Dust was listed as mold
- Slightly dirty & chipped particle board underneath sink was also listed as mold
- Leaks were reported that didn't exist
- A toilet was reported as loose from
