Had a great inspection done, very friendly, attention to detail, and a competitive price. Inspected the roof with a drone, and showed me the detailed video (how is that for technology!). And followed up with a great report. Will use again should I ever need an inspector.

Smooth process from scheduling to inspection! The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable and genuinely cares to walk you through various issues and aspects of the inspection and wants you to understand what’s and why's behind everything. Inspector is a warm, pleasant person and made the inspection a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Super great with communication and the whole process was efficient, smooth, and worth every penny. I decided to use this company for my new home inspection. Service was great all the way around from the time I made the call. Inspection appointment was very fast, and inspection report was available next day. my inspector was great, communicative, provided great feedback and suggestions and very knowledgeable, well trained and knew everything to look out for during the inspection. Excellent work from the inspector! I found them on Google. The inspector answers all my questions, with knowledgeable answers. The inspector was caring about safety and comfort for my whole family in our new home, very reasonable and worth every cent. The inspector even gave me a package of correct new screws for the electrical panel because it had the wrong one in it. The report was long with lots of photos of my new home with tips and ideas of how to maintenance it. We are 1st time home buyers. I am so glad we took the advise of the inspector and got a radon testing done my them and a water test

We are first time homebuyers and needed a reputable inspection company in a short time frame to meet our deadline. We called Rose Home Inspection on Thursday got the inspection schedule for Saturday which meet are deadline. The communication and customer service was beyond our expectations! The inspector did a thorough and excellent job inspecting our home, top to bottom, taking copious notes and photographs detailing all the important features, and noting anything that might need attention. The inspection report was well organized, detailed, and easy to read. The added photographs illustrating each item being covered were an added bonus.
The Air testing was very valuable because my daughter has asthma. The water quality test stated what was in our drinking water.
