Not sure why all the bad comments but my stay was amazing. Everything at the front desk were friendly and helpful with any questions. By far one of the best places I’ve stayed. Pool is nice. Site area is clean. And underground parking is well vented. The room was exceptional, felt just like home and the bed was super comfortable with 4 pillows!

We booked a room here for 3 nights to stay for business purposes. We will not be staying here again. There are other nearby suites to stay at that are nicer and a better value. Day 2 we found a cockroach near the bed. The unit seemed clean but the dishes were slightly dirty/not properly washed so we washed them before using. WiFi does not support VPN, so if you plan to work in your room while staying here, you may need your own hotspot to connect to your VPN. The desk and chair were comfortable. Unit had decent lighting and daylight. The kitchenette is very small - mini fridge with mini freezer

No bathtub. I had called prior to booking to see if pool and hot tub were up and running and was told yes so I booked here. NO! they were completely taped off with caution tape. I would not have booked here. These three things were important to me. In addition, they wanted to charge $5 for each our cars to park. Not as represented! Disappointed

Another update now that I've complained about all the issues I've had they have basically banned me from the hotel. I still haven't been reimbursed for the $500 worth of damage to my personal belongings The physical damage done to my body because the bathroom wasn't cleaned and I slipped and fell and the damage to my foot because I was given dirty bed sheets that gave me athlete's foot

I had a reservation at the Corporate Inn Sunnyvale but I immediately canceled as soon as I called the hotel to ask questions about the Amenities. The man working the front desk that night answered my call and asked me what my question was, I began talking and he interrupted me and said he was busy with a customer and couldn't talk. I told him it was a quick question and he started speaking very rudely and said he was busy and didn't have time... Why would he answer the call in the first place and not just tell me initially that he needed to place me on hold. He would not even let me speak and kept

I don’t recommend this place because the staff tend to push their responsibility to customer, and they speak compulsively, cut ppl off when talking.
The room is good but the front desk guy is super rude and talk too much while check in. We want to change room since we booked a room with balcony and it turned out no. The front desk guy first says 1, the rooms are all booked up which is obviously not true and 2, he is too busy to change I will have to wait half an hour outside. After we push more he eventually done it fast. So making me wait sounds like a punishment for being annoying I guess

Great hotel and staff! while sometimes it's spendy to stay here, it's always in line with the rest of SV. The difference is in what you get for that money - a studio apartment, more channels tv than you can count, a night snack on weeknights that's things like buffalo wings, guacamole, chips, and for those who drink, beer- excellent breakfast including options favorable to ethnic diners such a soup and rice, salamis and quark, a ton of teas, peets coffees, etc. on fridays, you get fancy chocolates on your pillow and on the day you arrive and leave a huge cookie! i'd recommend

So, one would have hoped for a great stay here. But alas, our stay was wrought with issues.
We just relocated to San Jose, and our first 8 nights were at the Corporate Inn. It started off ok, the rooms are a little tired and the cleaning was superficial. I checked in before the babes arrived and had to clean stains and dirt off furniture before she arrived so she did not start on me right away with cheapening on her with the hotel.
Babes came to town needing to work. Hotel was to have WiFi everywhere. They do, it just is old and goes down most every night and needs rebooting in the morning.

Thru booking.com me and my girlfriend secured a suite.
Check in was super smooth, staff was on point! Room was nice and clean. Pool is open 24 hours that's a plus (for me lol) Breakfast was alright , the girl who hosts the breakfast says it varies from day to day (waffles/pancakes/French toast) but none of that was served today. Room has fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, cleaning supplies) oh yeah and a balcony.

My stay was good, the room was neat and clean however in talking to the cleaning staff it made me not want to give them my business anymore. She was saying they are not given breaks and that there was no leadership. The supervisor and general manager sound incompetent & the staff sounds out of control. Update. They told me they would not charge me if they filled the rooms, called me to make sure I was out of the room so they could give it to someone else, then lied to my credit card company saying that they did not fill the room (during the busiest convention week of the year in the south bay? I don't think so), and my credit card company made me pay $2200 for a room I never stayed in. NEVER AGAIN.

I was attending a four day long conference in Palo Alto and Sunnyvale was just 20 minutes away. Stayed at Corporate Inn because of the reviews and they offered everything I was looking for. They had a pool, small, but it helped to keep my toddler entertained while I was away. The room was immaculate! The kitchenette was fantastic! It really helped when we wanted to eat in. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Each morning they provide different breakfast options. We were there four days and had a different breakfast every day. They had free parking in the garage.

The room was nice & exceeded my expectations. The little kitchen was convenient. The room was clean & modern. The hotel itself is very nicely decorated. There is additional parking underground. There is complimentary breakfast, a pool, & gym. The hotel is close to a cvs & fast food restaurants. They have group discounts which we were able to utilize. The only negative was the office staff being slow however i think he was just new. I would still go back.
