I have been on the Board of our Office Condo for over a decade. Victoria Properties have been there every step of the way. They are on top of things. When we need something fixed or added, they get three bids and add their experienced advise as well. Absolutely recommend them.

We worked with John Guzman for 30 years. What a great guy and takes care of things when needed. Office park is well kept and if there’s a problem with the building they are on top of the problem. I would highly recommend Victoria Properties expecially if John Guzman is the property manager.

However, Victoria Properties Management and especially Patty Napoleon on their staff far exceed my expectations of what a property management company should do. Our experience at VPM has been amazing. We have been tenants for 12 years. They are prompt to resolve tenant issues and very attentive. There is freshly brewed coffee every day, a clean break room, and clean updated rest rooms. Tenants are friendly and several times a year we share our best dishes on a potluck. They show appreciation to the tenants during the holidays and bring in catered food. Thank you!

I have been a tenant with Victoria Properties Management for several years now and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with the entire VPM staff. They're always quick to respond to any time sensitive issue. I highly recommend VPM to anyone considering leasing any kind of office space. It’s hard to find a management company with this level of care.

Our company has been leasing a space from VPM for over 10 years and because our company was growing, we had to move to a larger space. We were very happy that they had a space that fit our needs, because we love it here.They are so great to work with. They take care of your needs quickly. The property is well maintained. Everyone from John on down are so professional and nice. They go above and beyond in taking care of our needs.
