If I could give zero stars I would. Came to our home to appraise our property on June 28, 2019. He promised email delivery in 2-3 days as I had indicated that it was crucial we receive the appraisal as soon as possible as it was for separation of property for a court divorce proceeding.
Here it is July 19, 2019 and I STILL have not received our appraisal! I have called Mr. Todd ("Appraiser", "Owner" and "President") numerous times and he continues to give me the run around. "I'll have it to you x date", and no surprise it doesn't come.
