Services
In 1883, George P. Dickinson and Lyman J. Cook came to Eagle River with a stock of merchandise which they had to transport by livery from Three Lakes as the railroad went no further. They set up a mercantile store in a tent on the north bank of the Eagle River. Later, they built a store on the south side of the river where the city's Riverview Park is now located.
Hand cut and lightly dusted in seasoned flour, fried to a golden brown and topped with Parmesan Italian seasoning. Wontons stuffed with duck, bacon, cream cheese and grilled sweet corn, served with sweet and sour sauce. We have a wide range of appetizers to select from. Whether you want to pick up an appetizer for yourself or want to share with friends or family, you will be able to find something to whet your appetite.
Parmesan encrusted sour dough with your choice of cheese: American, Cheddar, Swiss, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella or Provolone. Hand breaded pork loin fried to golden brown and topped with lettuce, tomato and a side of mayo on a fresh bakery bun. Walleye lightly hand breaded, fried to golden brown served on a hoagie bun with lettuce, tomato and homemade tartar sauce.
Hickory smoked baby back ribs lightly sauced and served with coleslaw and your choice of fries or garlic mashed potatoes. Slow smoked meatloaf with vegetable of the day, garlic mashed potatoes and rich brown gravy. We have two dining rooms to accommodate groups, large and small. Our Cabin Room and the Riverside Room features panoramic views of the river plus booths for two.
Our specialty hickory smoked ribs lightly sauced and served with a side of coleslaw and baked beans. Slow smoked meatloaf with vegetable of the day, garlic mashed potato and a rich brown gravy. 6 jumbo shrimp grilled and served with drawn butter, or lightly breaded and served with cocktail sauce. Homemade Maryland style crab cakes grilled to a golden brown and served with a spicy remoulade sauce.

I visited this city for the first time for the cranberry festival and I found this restaurant and I liked it, even though I had to wait 1 hour for a table, take advantage of going down to take pictures of the river. very beautiful. The food here is delicious, it tastes good. When you sit down, they'll take care of you quickly and your food comes quickly. and the attention is very friendly and kind. the place is very warm and comfortable... I loved this place ...

At last, at last. After wanting to try the White Spruce Inn for years, I visited with family. The building is incredible, the food was fantastic, and everyone working was cheerful and welcoming.
They only had two servers working, and ours—Scarlet—never missed a beat. She was fantastic and knowledgeable.

1st visit to Eddie B's White Spruce Inn in Eagle River on Yellow Birch. Dined on the deck overlooking the water, pleasant Northern Wisconsin day. Jan was our server, she was excellent. Tried the Fish Fry, 3 piece cod, lightly breaded - I had the fries, she had the mashed. Everything was delicious, we'll definitely be back.

Our server Scarlett was incredibly nice and cool! She offered great suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the menu. She said she’s worked there for many years, and in a place where there are many supper club type restaurants, I think that speaks highly of this place to be able to retain such an awesome server. Food, drinks and views were excellent, too!!! The food came out so fast despite the restaurant being on a wait. We ordered the Walleye and prime rib special as well as Scarlett’s recommendation - duck wontons. And the house honey butter went so well with the fresh rolls. Will definitely
