I worked with Kirsten Yi who was very responsive throughout trying to refinance. She recognizing my desire to balance customer service with cost, and was able to do that. In the end I needed to halt the process a week or so prior to closing, and Kirsten remained gracious and helpful. So while I didn't complete the process, the impression I get is that h1mb is a respectable and efficient mortgage broker.

I know that this company doesn’t have the best reputation based on other reviews that I’ve read. But I can only speak for my own experience working with one of their lenders — Jeff Blaxland. I have to say that if you go with anyone, go with Jeff. You won’t be disappointed. He was incredibly helpful to us in navigating our way through owning our first home. He explained everything to us clearly and honestly. He was also accessible — he would respond to our texts and phone calls every time we needed help, and I know sometimes we tried to reach him at odd hours (sorry Jeff!) but working

Buying or refinancing a home is never easy, but I was pleasantly surprised with how stress-free and transparent it could be. My loan officer Kirsten was extremely informative and patient with us..she never left us in the dark like our last lender did, and she was always so responsive at all times throughout the day.
I truly felt like I had control over this refinance process this time, and she provided us with all options that really made me feel like she was looking out for our well-being financially. 10/10 will be back to refi in the future.

Terrible service we worked with stacy Jones who lied to us and gave conflicting information for 9 months kept saying I just need this for loan docs got what ever he asked for and ignored us for weeks and weeks . Made us pay for 4 or 5 apprasials value came in all was ok he stated we are geting docs and ignored us for weeks again in the end he wasted 9 or 10 months of our time and simply ignored us we called the office where you can not reach anyone our credit was ran a couple times after the 90 day credit authorization expired and I can show you emails and proof of all their lying and conflicting

Andrew was amazing. We are doing refinance to reduce our monthly payment and get a little money out to help with paying some medical expenses. He walked us through each step and keep us informed as we moved through the process and made the exchange of need document so easy we were all done and funded in about 2 weeks.
