It started off as a great apartment until they had a new maintenance person start and he is breaking into everyone homes. the manager told me “crime has no address” when they broke into my apartment. my refrigerator had been leaking for months they turned it off without me knowing and melted everything in it. multiple break ins have happened yet they say only cameras will be installed by the office when they have property all on Flordia street. they are going up on rent but don’t want to fix anything or do anything about the thieving maintenance man that lives there. so if i could give ZERO

Rent is cheaper than other places, but by the time they finish charging you for trash (that you have to take a mile away to dump), water (that you can't track yourself to make sure it is right) pest control (that is a joke) and everything else (monthly pet fee, carpet cleaning, etc) you are paying more than a luxury apartment. The rooms are SUPER small and the walls are super thin. My neighbor played loud music all night long. When I complained they said they would write them a note. (Big Joke that never fixed the problem) But when someone stole my licence plate they towed my car even though I

Pathways Place apartment or horrible to live in they have mold inside they have old and rusty appliances and the cabinets old...Manager been promise to powerwash the apartments never got done for 2 years they still look dirty...The rooms are very small paying for pest control and haven’t seen him in months....Think twice before you move over here. Walls are very thin you can hear you neighbor. They also want you to pay for your own fire extinguisher. Manager suppose to apply fire extinguisher but they are too cheap to buy them so they put it on the residents...

I like this place as a whole, but it is a little irritating when the pool is closed for 2 weeks straight due to their chemicals not being correct.
The ladies in the office are very nice and accomodating. The maintenance is ontop of all their work and are amazing.
They only have 1 trash compactor for the whole complex. It gets full fast and you're not supposed to put your trash next to it, but people still do, because let's be real; What are you supposed to do with your trash? Bring it back to your house? No thank you. Hope they get more trash receptacles.

Absolutely horrible place to live. Every time I turned around something was broken. In 2 years, my A/C had to be worked on at least 10 times. Maintenance is a joke. They have no clue what they are doing. I had to threaten to get a lawyer just to get them to fix the roof so it would stop leaking into my apartment every time it rained. I was without hot water for 3 days because once again maintenance has no clue what they are doing. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
