Yesterday was my first visit at Zawadzki Jewelry - I needed a chain repaired. I stopped in after working, I was waited on immediately. I showed them what needed to be repaired. They were able to take care of it right then and there. Great customer service. Oh and of course I could not leave without getting myself a little something. I highly recommend Zawadzki Jewelers. The man is a thief! I went to him so he could repair a necklace my mother had given me as a gift when I was a child. However, that’s not what happened. He stole my real gold necklace and replaced it with a cheap imitation necklace. The original necklace was certified real gold and had been worn for years without tarnishing but after only a few… wears the new necklace that I received back from him tarnished. It was obvious to me that this wasn’t my necklace but I didn’t know how to properly go about proving that he was fraudulent . I really wish I would have pressed charges

Each and every time I enter the store, it is a wonderful experience. And that is in big part to the people behind the counter. Whether you are just stop in to look or are shopping for something in particular, they talk with you about what you are looking for, and ask questions to really help find the best options. They are very knowledgeable,… friendly and great at what they do. My wedding is a couple weeks away and the team there has helped me to get everything from a wedding band to gifts. I cannot express how much I appreciate thier time and patience - especially when it comes to a bride
