Reach Yoga
Allie first discovered her yoga practice ten years ago as a means of injury prevention while running cross country and track in high school. Once she began college, the time spent on her mat became much more about easing anxiety and cultivating a headspace filled with peace & self-love. Allie enjoys practicing a variety of different styles, primarily Vinyasa and Sculpt.

In 2017, she pursued her dream of completing her RYT-200 Vinyasa Flow training in Ubud, Bali. This enlightening experience left her with an entirely new approach to her role both as a student, and as a teacher. Allie is passionate about the benefits of incorporating meditation within one's practice, while staying committed to bringing a strong power flow.
Services
Whether you're just curious about yoga, a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, Reach Yoga has classes specifically geared for you. Reach Yoga offers both vinyasa and sculpt classes. Vinyasa means "flow" which allows for flowing movement to guide you from one pose to the next. Sculpt is a strength-training class which adds free weights and speeds up the lean muscle mass building-process.
Our studio locks the doors as soon as class begins to prevent any disruption and to ensure students receive a full warm up. Thank you for understanding! All of our classes are heated. Find out more here. There are plenty of parking spots during the day. After 5pm and on weekends, all Reach Yoga visitors are welcome to park across the street in the Wells Fargo lot.
Discount memberships available for Military, Teachers, Students and Healthcare workers (Discounted memberships only available by signing up at the front desk). It is completely up to you and your goals! Whether you only have time for one class a week or one class a day-we welcome you to come join the fun.
We will gather together, connect, meet, and talk about what we want to get out of this experience, and share where we are in our lives, and allow the space for healing for each individual that attends. All of the information and topics are curated specifically for your growth and self-reflection. You'll be showered in gifts and offerings Reach Yoga has to offer!
Celebrate this holiday w/ the Souls of the Reach Yoga Kula (community) through yoga, sound healing, honest conversation, hors d'oeuvres & vino! Located at our outdoor studio, Soledad Club, overlooking the most beautiful view of San Diego, we'll flow through a short sequence then bathe the mind & body in sound.

I tried many yoga studios when I first moved to SD, but fell in love with Reach from the very beginning and have been a member for years now. The new owner, Alena, has transformed the space into a little boho chic home that offers classes for every type of yogi. Super clean, professional and welcoming studio in PB. If you ever want to be ~ humbled ~ try Alena's sculpt classes, I consider myself in shape and these still kick my a** on the regular.

I dealt with debilitating plantar fasciitis for a year. After trying everything I finally found something that worked! My foot was basically healed after attending classes at this studio for 3 weeks!

I felt in love the first class. The variety and creativity of this studio is amazing. The teachers are great and very passionate, love this place. The atmosphere is friendly. Oh, and I enjoy the wet towel with scented of lavender at the end of class, so unique. I commute from Chula Vista to Pacific Beach because it is worth it; trust me!

Great yoga studio in Pacific Beach! Awesome teachers and since it's not a corporate chain like some of the others, each teacher has the freedom to sequence and design classes using their strengths and creativity. This really gives you a unique experience with each one, giving you so many varieties to check and try. Lots of yoga sculpt for the days you want a workout, but also vinyasa flow, slow flow, and yin when you want a more traditional class or a restorative experience. The studio is large and spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms and a shower. I love the heated studio (which is not too

Can I just say lavender-scented towels?

I took a yoga sculpt class here recently. I have never taken yoga sculpt before so I don't have much to compare it to, but I can truly say this class kicked my butt!

When I first walked into the room I was surprised to feel how warm it was. I think they incorporate hot yoga, cardio, and weights into this work out. You never stop moving and the class really pushes you. And at the end of class it is all worth it when the instructor brings you a nice, cool, moist lavender-scented towel while you close your eyes and relax. It's the best feeling!

Love the vibe of Reach Yoga! I took the 6 am sculpt class on a Wednesday (please keep it on the schedule)! Shelley was awesome. Super motivating, but not too over the top for a 6 am class. I highly recommend this studio!

I love this studio! It's in a very convenient spot and also has a lot of great class time options and a good amount of classes throughout the day (even with only one studio!). Their staff is always very nice/accommodating and their teachers are amazing. I also love that the studio is pretty warm.
I'll definitely be coming back!

If you go to this studio, DO NOT PAY FOR CLASSES DIRECTLY THROUGH THEM. Sign up with ClassPass or something! Because like other reviewers have said, their membership payments are so misleading.

They don't email receipts after autopayments. They don't email notices that a payment is coming up You have to cancel over email 30 days in advance of your next monthly payment date (which is different than the date the charge goes through with your bank). They said they're not set up to send those kind of notices when I asked.

I've been to both better and worse yoga studios in terms

I love this studio. I used to regularly come here from 2016 to 2019. I had to switch to a studio that has child care. But I still love coming here when Im in pb and my kid is with my ex. The classes are awesome. I live for the cold lavendar towels. Awesome classes, parking after 5 PM and stellar customer service.

I did the free week here and opted in to the unlimited membership after because I loved it so much!
The teachers are so welcoming and kind, offering (optional) hands-on adjustments. Classes are slightly heated but not overwhelmingly hot, and they give you a cool lavender towel at the end in savasana.
I've recommended Reach to all my friends and will continue to! Thank you all for fostering a positive yoga experience every time.

Let me start this by saying I have never been a fan of exercise or the gym. I decided to head to Reach for a class and was INSTANTLY in love. I have not missed a single class Monday- Friday for the last week and a half. I even did I double day. Most of you won't find that impressive but if you knew me personally, your jaw would be resting on your toes. Everything about this studio feels like home. The scent of relaxation fills the air as soon as I walk in, the sweet smiles behind the desk always greet me with a genuine hello, and the classes challenge me to be a better version of myself.

I started attending Reach yoga approximately 6 months ago after returning from India from extensive yoga training. I wanted to find a studio that offered a wide variety of styles, teachers and an atmosphere that would speak to me. I found all these + nuggets here @ Reach Yoga. The teachers to include Michelle, Shelley, James, Tristan & Laura are just fabulous. They are not only great teachers, they are also INSpiring and passionate about their work. I am grateful to have given Reach Yoga a chance, my practice has defenitely gotten stronger 4 sure. HIGHLY recommend for yogis or yoginis

I have tried out almost every yoga studio in Pacific Beach and ultimately decided on Reach as my go to yoga spot. Factors that helped me decide on Reach. 1. Early morning classes. 2. Price 3. Classes 4. Lavender towels they hand out after class.
My only complain is that I had been attending nearly 3 months 4-6 times a week and no one remembered my name. Someone finally did so yay for that.

My favorite yoga studio in PB! Reach always has the best vibes in a very non-competitive environment that allows you to truly embrace your inner reflection in every class. Sculpt class is just the right amount of challenge while candlelight vinyasa flow gives you an incredible restorative flow before bedtime.

Having practiced yoga a few times, I was eager to branch out and experience other studios in Pacific Beach. I attended a vinyasa, or flow, class which focused on creating smooth transitions between poses while supporting emotional and mental health. The class was heated, which I felt increased my flexibility and aided in ridding my body of toxins. This studio offers both flowing and strength-training classes. The best part of Reach Yoga is the variety of classes aimed towards beginners, as well as intermediate and advanced students.

Reach Yoga not only builds strength, balance, and flexibility

I'm not a yoga guy. But I do enjoy this thing called Sculpt Yoga, which seems to be more like hyper-cardio weight training with stretching.

And I love it.

Simply put, Jenny and Christina provide me with a 60 minute workout that leaves me dripping with sweat and always happy I came. And happier when it's over ;-)

As background for you, I go to a class-based fitness gym locally 3-4 days a week and supplement with Sculpt 1-2 , which I also love. This is not CrossFit or anything similar. It's light weight (under 15 lbs) and body weight workouts at a high pace. On a yoga mat. Most

I've been going to Reach for almost a year now and I keep coming back because I love the people and instructors so much. I have been practicing yoga off and on for years, but I've made the most growth at Reach. The instructors teach you so much about yoga, challenge you with inversions, and even offer some of the powerful spiritual aspects of yoga such as their use of tibetan singing bowls, meditation, and chanting. You will get a different experience depending on the class and the instructor. It's a breath of fresh air since so many studios are overly-commercialized. I've learned so much, so that

This is an awesome new studio in PB! It has great amenities like multiple bathrooms, a shower, and a wide variety of classes. The teachers are super knowledgable, personable, and you can tell that they are truly passionate about yoga and care about their students. I also like that they change up their flow so I don't feel like I'm doing the same routine of poses every time I go. I highly recommend this studio to everyone - from beginners to expert yogi's!

I am addicted to yoga! If you are a college student in the San Diego area (like me!), they offer excellent discounted rates on drop-in's for $12 (reg $16), and all new students receive a $50 gift certificate that they can apply towards anything! (And that includes monthly membership! =D). Whether you want to relax in a candlelight yoga class, or build strength and get toned, there is a class for all yogi's alike! Trust me, I go almost 5 days a week and have enjoyed every class I took! I like how the instructors here are very hands on and will make adjustments to help make sure you maintain good
