After your first examination with X-rays, we will be happy to discuss your options. In case you're wondering, my first name is pronounced 'Wee Teng', and I will often introduce myself as simply 'Teng'. I still remember the day in 1993 that I began practicing in Northgate. The area seemed almost quaint, and many of you know how much it's changed since. What has not changed is the joy and privilege of meeting and getting to know our patients.

I started going to Dr. Koh when I was a kid. He was always very kind and did really excellent work. My mom still comments on how beautiful my smile is after braces. Recently my retainer got a crack in it, so I went back for the first time in over 8 years. Since it had been so long I didn't expect Dr. Koh to remember me, but he has always cared so much about his patients that I should've known that he would. Doc Koh & staff are delightful! My 13 year old is 4 months into her treatment with invisalign and already making huge progress. Doc Koh is incredibly gentle. My daughter says she can hardly tell he is even touching her mouth. Her next apt is a couple months away and she’s already looking forward to moving on to invisalign on her top teeth. Thank you Doc Koh for asking us about our Holiday plans, it’s always nice to share personal life stuff.

This is a long overdue post. I thought I posted one but I guess I hadn't! I was fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Koh around 2015-2018. He sees primarily adolescents but GREAT place for adults (as I am one). It was a long treatment process but outcome of the results was what I expected. Before starting treatment, I was well informed and he really took the time to answer all my questions before starting. He laid out the different ways to approach the treatment and partnered to help me make my informed decision. The cost for treatment was transparent and nothing hidden. During this process

Work is good, Dr Koh is nice, the assistants could use some customer service skills to be more outgoing and friendly, especially since they work with kids. The check in process leaves you standing around waiting, wish that was quicker or appts were more spaced out. Do not appreciate that they unilaterally set another appt at the end without even consulting the parent. It’s never at a convenient time and it’s a hassle to go reschedule. Just consult us the first time

The staff at Koh Orthodontics is very welcoming and has always made their best effort to accommodate our scheduling needs. Dr. Koh himself always takes the time to explain the treatment, options and potential future needs to make sure we have a full picture of what's going on and what is coming. My 12-year-old feels very comfortable going into the office by herself for her ongoing visits, on a staff member or the doctor always comes to check with me outside afterwards.

This was an excellent first visit. The whole staff is very friendly. Dr. Koh presents information step by step so that a lay person can understand. He has experience and knowledge to make an informed plan. His treatment coordinator organized timing of appointments so that insurance could be maximized. I am glad I chose this office to be evaluated.

So far so good! I started seeing Dr. Koh for my Invisalign treatment and it's been such a great experience. He is super kind and personable, he takes the time to educate me on the process and has been extremely patient with me when I kept making various requests. I still have many more months to go in my treatment but my friend (who's an out of state Ortho) recommended finding a provider I felt good working with since I'll be seeing them a lot for the treatment and it's been really great so far. Highly recommend!!!

The staff and Dr. Koh are warm and personable. They provide a very safe environment and help my kid feel at ease with the new hardware he was going to be needing! I thought every person on the team gave very thorough explanations about what to expect with the orthodontics process including timeline and costs. The technology to show the kids (and parents) what their mouths and teeth look like is amazing and so helpful! I would recommend this team to anyone without hesitation.

So, it's a pandemic, it's storming and I am here for my appointment that started at 2pm. It is 2:18pm. I'm 6 months pregnant and barely made it here trying my best navigating in the rain as I have a big belly at this time. They turned me away. I am not going to reschedule and will find a provider that is more understanding and caring.
Be a human, be kind, and don't turn people away that need your assistance especially during these hard times.
The appointment is for an hour, so what if 20 minutes has passed? I have 40 minutes minutes left in my appointment. I am very disappointed

Dr Koh & his team are the best. We drive from Auburn to Northgate to have Dr Koh's help. We recently completed phase one of my daughters braces and could not be happier. Dr Koh exceeded our expectations for the treatment plan, professionalism & overall experience. they made it easy for my 9yo daughter understand what was going on throughout the treatment, how to take care of her braces/expander and retainer... my daughter did lose the retainer right after getting it but Dr Koh ordered one and we got it really quickly, and of course the lost retainer showed up right after. they really

Everyone is so nice and friendly here. Appointments are usually fast and generally short wait time before appointments. So convenient to have early morning appointments before school. Super responsive to loose bracket issues, and having a Herbst device lodged in my son's cheek from a baseball collision after hours. Scheduling was easy and always accommodating. Our children never said much about their braces so the experience was relatively painless. The office staff arranged for maximum ortho allowances from multiple insurance companies, a fact deeply appreciated!

Dr. Koh has a beautifully run practice. He is a superb clinician and is always warm and communicative. He explains plans and expectations clearly, and always keeps the patient informed of the mechanics of the treatment. The clinical technicians are proficient and friendly. The front office staff is stellar and very pleasant to deal with. Scheduling is easy, and the insurance handling is expert. I would recommend Dr. Koh without reservation.

Dr. Koh and his team are like our extended family, we have been seeing them for so long! Dr. Koh initially provided adult ortho care to myself followed by my daughter who received a phased approach treatment. His entire staff is so thoughtful and kind, always doing more than expected to find the best appointment time, work with your insurance (one time in particular spent several months hounding my insurance to cover my daughters retainers. After several faxes, email and correspondence spanning weeks, they finally ponied up!), and provide excellent treatment and care. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Koh is absolutely wonderful. I started going there as a child, probably around nine or ten years old. I have had every procedure done with him that you can imagine over the course of 10+ years. (Braces, retainers, spacers, invisalign etc). He is the kindest person you could ever want to have as an orthodontist. He was nice, friendly and very informative during the years that I used his practice. His staff has always been great as well. I have not been to his office or needed any of his services for about 4 years or so, but I have a son now, so, I definitely plan on having Dr. Koh be my son

Great orthodontist practice, based on my lime tend experience with them.
I just needed retainers, but was having problems with my grind guard. After delving into the psychology of my teeth, and putting the fear toothless-ness into me, we developed the perfect solution to fit my needs.
The office is lovely, no issues with insurance, new technology, Dr Koh takes his time to educate, and friendly staff. I'd go back in a heart beat.
