Services
My ideal client is someone who is ready to take the action steps to reach goals they have for their lives. I strive to create a positive, empathetic, and safe environment to make you feel comfortable being vulnerable and open to discussing experiences that may have been difficult to talk about in the past.
Human interaction is powerful - and we often are unaware of the impact of our experiences until we speak them aloud to an understanding ear. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, affirming space so that we can explore issues and address problems together, working from your perspective.
I work with adults and adolescents who have experienced grief and bereavement, childhood trauma, anxiety and depression, chronic illness, identity-based discrimination and life transitions - as well as those who are caregivers, exploring gender and/or sexuality, or are having difficulty at work.

Often times we look at what we have in our lives and tell ourselves that nothing's wrong, while simultaneously feeling as though nothing is right. Feelings of uncertainty are common during periods of transitional life changes. While new beginnings are often viewed as exciting, they are also filled with doubt and the unknown.
Are you struggling with making changes and feeling stuck? Are you having difficulty aligning your internal values with your external behaviors? This can lead to an incongruence that blocks you from living to your full potential. Our attachment to things that cause suffering block self-acceptance and our ability to change.
The decision to start therapy is an important step toward change and personal growth. It may not be an easy step but you won't be alone. I want to help you through whatever lies ahead on your path. I will support and encourage you to express yourself in the most meaningful, genuine way possible. That may take the form of talking, art making or other creative, mindful engagement.

They are extremely unprofessional and call you names on the phone if they don't think you are there. They are rude and steal money from you and tell you to bad and block your number. I had to get my insurance involved because they wouldn't call them. Worst practice ever and I would never recommend anyone go there.
