Very professional place. I've been going here for over a year and have never had serious issues with insurance or payment processing. Scheduling conflicts may come up every now and then, but the staff is accommodating. The phone number listed is working, I just used it. In terms of therapists, I've only seen Joel. He's helped me immensely over the past year by showing me how to work myself out of the funk I was in. I would not judge this place based on the reviews of people who are currently stressed or struggling mentally. This review would have been different had I done it a year ago after one

Erric is wonderful. This is the first therapist my son has felt comfortable to completely open up with and to trust. Office staff is very helpful and professional. Never had any issues with billing or payments.

Was told I needed to pay $100 for initial visit. Initial appointment was with Ethan Strauss. The appointment lasted a total of 20 minutes. Was instructed to call to find out why visit was short. When I called to ask the next say secretary said she would leave a message. Never received call back. Called today asked to be refunded and said I would not be coming back. Was told they had a contract and could not refund. Called insurance company and was told no claim had been filed yet but they would enter the notes for the visit and I should continue to get the refund from the office. Very unprofessional

I don't even know where to begin.... had three separate appointments for my son, and for two of them we show up and one was cancelled, for an "unknown" reason but the time slot was given to someone else. Second time we get there, they had a conference that day and the therapist wasn't returning. Third scheduled appointment, I called two days prior to confirm, and they called me today (before I had the chance to confirm again), for his appointment later, to cancel because the therapist went home "sick". Unbelievable! I know stuff happens, but damn, three times in a row? Really?! It's hard enough
