Tony came highly recommended by our realtor. He reached out to me almost immediately and was able to squeeze in our home inspection within a few days. He did an AMAZING job! This is a huge house and has been empty for over a year. I expressed my concerns about there being issues due to lack of maintenance and he went above and beyond! He was extremely thorough and explained everything to me in a way I could understand, along with providing a very detailed report. I would absolutely recommend him for any home inspection needs.

Tony from VIP Inspection it was indeed a pleasure to meet you. First and foremost, thank you for your service to our great country. Tony was early and already inspecting upon my arrival. He overlooked every part of the home and once we were ready to review, he had taken pictures and walked me around, so I knew exactly what needed fixing. The seller had told me they fixed everything off this list, I re-hired Tony to inspect the list I had requested to get fixed to find out they did not fix 2 items off the list. I couldn't recommend Tony's services more. He was incredible, thoughtful, thorough, and overall a great personality. I was nervous to find an inspector when purchasing my first home and can't believe how lucky I was to find him. I really appreciated how responsive and flexible he was with scheduling. During the inspection, he went through every inch of the home and provided a thorough 65 page report afterwards. He explained all his observations and made the entire experience stress-free. We wanted to hire a home inspector to assist us in the pre-closing inspection of a new home. We chose VIP Home inspections because of their good reviews and fair pricing. I hired Tony to inspect a home that my family is purchasing. Tony showed up on time and was very thorough with his inspection.
