The time it takes for a home inspection will vary greatly, so I will give you an estimate so your realtor can give that information to the selling agent and they confirm that we are set to go.We then go room to room inspecting wall coverings, windows, electrical receptacles, flooring etc. Bathrooms will have all accessible plumbing inspected as well as fixtures, showers/tubs, venting to name a few.

Our inspector Mark was very knowledgeable with regard to the most current ordinances and rules of Cook County and the State of Illinois concerning home inspections. He was prompt, well-organized, and courteous throughout the process. One of the most helpful things included on his written report were the pictures of the areas of concern found in our house. This leaves no doubt as to the location, and makes it easier on the homeowner (s) when correcting said areas. A job well done by Mark with Right at Home Inspections and Solutions. We will definitely use his services again when the need arises

I recently went on a home inspection with Mark at Right at Home Inspections and Solutions, as I am student working on getting my license. I had such a favorable experience I felt compelled to share. Mark was way more thorough than the inspector that inspected my house was. He explained everything he was doing and answered all the questions I had. He really took the book I've been studying and turned it into practical hands-on knowledge. I think he did the same for the potential buyer.
