We hired A.T. Martin home inspection to inspect a home we were planning to purchase in Acworth, Ga. I relayed through my realtor that I wanted to be present at the inspection and was given a time to be at the property. Recently, we learned a valuable lesson...the old saying of not judging a book by its cover is a true statement! We fell in love with a home we wanted to purchase and enlisted A T Martin Home Inspection's assistance to insure we were making a sound investment. We have dealt with many home inspectors thru the years, but Anthony blew us away! Never having dealt with a competent home inspector, we were ready to walk alongside Anthony. If we only knew how incredible and knowledgable Anthony is we could have slept in that morning. There wasn't one area of the house he didn't inspect. Due to his findings, we pulled our offer.
