IHI Home Inspections provides a great safety service called RecallChek FOR FREE if requested at the time of your home inspection!. Already purchased your new home and didn't get a ReCallChek with your home? If a manufacturer has designed a dangerous product, they MUST recall all those items and FIX THEM FOR FREE!
The 90 Day Warranty provides both mechanical and structural coverage. The coverage will help with any new problems after the inspection is completed. There is no deductible. This coverage last for 90 days after the inspection OR 22 after closing date which ever comes later! Within the agreement below you find a specific list of what is covered in this warranty.
Sewer Gard provides coverage of both the water line and the sewer line. This means that if either lines become damaged, after the inspection date, from normal wear and tear this policy helps repair those damages. This policy last for 90 days after inspection, or 22 days after closing which ever is longer.

If you want a thorough, well-documented home inspection, David is your guy. He fit me into his schedule the day after I called, answered all my questions on-site, and found a lot of hidden little maintenance costs that could have easily been missed in an otherwise well-maintained home. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I had David do my 4-way and final inspection on a new build.
I expected to need to go in during my walk-through afterwards and test all the outlets, sinks, appliances, etc however he did a VERY thorough job and I was able to concentrate on cosmetic items. I still checked a couple items as a verification but I was impressed by how well he did my inspection. Even the builder commented on how much more thorough of an inspection he did rather than other inspectors they see!
I will definitely continue to use David on future purchases and recommend him to others.

This was the second time I’ve used IHI, and they are the only home inspection company I would ever recommend. David is meticulous, going above and beyond any inspector (and I would know, as I’m selling a home that’s had multiple inspections from various buyers, an none of them even come close) I’m talking about an inspection report (mine was 18 pages!) with photos, detailed remarks, recommendations, serial numbers for every appliance...Yes, you will pay more, but you get what you pay for! 100% worth it for peace of mind, especially if you are buying an older home.
