Services
Good Life was started by Steve Welty, a San Diego Real Estate Broker and Real Estate investor. Steve started full time in property management in 2008 when he co-owned another property management firm. He sold his share in that company and started Good Life in 2013, with the goal of providing the highest level of customer service and best customer experience in the industry.
We created the Good Life Experience to make property management as easy as possible for our clients. Your leasing expert quickly coordinates any services needed to get your home into rent ready condition and ready to advertise. We take high quality photos, film a video tour and make sure your property is posted on the most trafficked websites.
Smoke alarms with 10 year sealed lithium ion battery installed in each bedroom, living area, and each level. CO alarm installed on each level. We have relationships with professional 3rd party vendors who handle all maintenance work. We will utilize the funds that we have on hand for your property to pay vendor for any work performed.
Required Information - ID, Verification of income (see application for examples of income verification), landlord contact info for last 3 years, pet photo provided with application (if applicable) and fully completed application. All adults age 18+ must apply & pay a $45 app fee. Security Deposits and Move In Costs - If approved, we require the security deposit and first month's rent to be paid in full upon signing the lease.

The Goodlife has been our management company for the past year. Every employee we deal with has always been helpful, Brandon especially is on the ball and quick to respond to our needs. He went over and above to help us connect with the owner on a request. The maintenance department sent our a repair man with in a day to fix a couple things. A big thanks to the entire team!

Brandon has been very helpful since we moved into our residence here. He is very responsive to his emails and answers our questions promptly. He also does his best to help us if we need anything. I just want to give a shout out to Carlos. He’s the maintenance manager and has always replied to me in a timely and professional manner. Every time I need something fixed I know I can call him and he would take of of anything for me. I’m new to San Diego so for me I am beyond happy I get to deal with the Good Life Property. I am very pleased with their fast service! Many thanks to Lauren, Chloe and Devin for helping me lease out my home. They responded back to every single of my emails very quickly, even on a holiday weekend which I was really surprised. They also return my calls right away with or without leaving a voicemail. I can’t be more happy with the price they suggested, it was way higher than my expectations and it’s leased! Go with this property management and I promise that they won’t disappoint you :)

We had a great experience with the Good Life Management company. They made the whole process easy and hassle free. The communication from the beginning was excellent. They have always been responsive to our needs. Adam answered all the questions, over the phone and via email. Lauren, and Bryce are amazing, they were able to rent out our condo very quickly, sent an email right away, and called personally to let us know. Seems like they have a very structured , and sufficient system. The online portal is great, simple and user friendly, which is a big plus. So far we are happy with this company.

From the moment I reached out to Good Life, and spoke with Adam, I knew this was a great company with excellent service. In less than 30 days, Bryce, Lauren, and Chloe were able to clean and get the condo rent ready, as well as put it up on the market and get it rented at the initial market value we discussed. They made what could have been a headache dealing with multiple contractors an easy and stress free process. Bryce has had excellent communication throughout the leasing process and I look forward to utilizing their services as long as I can.
