After reading his first book on economics at the age of seventeen, Joseph knew he wanted to be in Real Estate. The idea of helping people buy and sell real estate was and still is exciting to him. Probate is the process of deciding where, how and to whom to distribute the decedent's estate, such as the real property. Estate or Probate Administration may be needed to implement the estate plan your loved one created, or as a result of not creating an estate plan. If your loved one has not completed an estate plan, the property will go into probate and pass to the heirs in accordance with California intestate succession law.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting with a client who just found out they have to go through Probate in California. After inheriting his parent's house years ago he has been renting it out for a while. He was under the impression that his parents had prepared and filed all the necessary paperwork.
