Loved loved loved a rent house this company has listed. It has been listed for almost 3 months no applications. We are working on our credit not the best I get that, but when my realtor reached out to the managing realtor to see if there’s any options they can work with us and the response is “let me see and get back with you” you kinda expect a call back communication follow up a “NO” anything to move on. Since there was no communication my husband emailed Chris (listing agent) no response. I waited a few days and called talked to Mari who says there’s no applications on this house

I used Bettinger ERA to purchase a rental home about 15 years ago. They have managed the property these many years and then they listed and sold the property. Every transaction went smooth and we were informed along the way. Vacancies were quickly filled at or near top market rent. We were very satisfied with their services.

We had a wonderful experience with ERA! Both with renting when we first arrived in Austin, and again when we purchased our first home. Beth was able to get us into a rent house in a single weekend. Later she didn't disappoint when helping us with the home buying process, and walked us through the whole way up to the closing table. ERA has really been a great company to do business with. I have been renting a duplex in North Austin for almost a year. They are nice, reliable, and friendly. They took time to understand my individual needs as a client. I have a good place to call home. They see to any repairs I need promptly and I feel comfortable speaking to their office or emailing them for any concerns I have.
