Heartless and ignorant. Their longtime maintenance person tragically died at age 36 leaving his partner and two young daughters. As Mom was at the funeral home making arrangements, trying to console her 6 year old and comfort their baby, the Millwood manager called demanding she return his (company) phone and keys immediately. Oh! And gave her 6 weeks to move out and find a new place to live. They treat their families like that? Really want to live there?!

Don't do it, you are better off living almost anywhere else, including a box in an alleyway. The people who live there are mostly degenerate scumbags. They drink outside on the porches and harass passers-by. Some of them vandalized the picnic tables you can sit at outside. Reporting any of these things will get you evicted. I was physically assaulted by an alcoholic biker there and then was evicted. Sandra the property manager there is the biggest d-bag on the planet. She dresses like a skank at a dive bar. One of the maintenance men just died there due to complications from diabetes. Sandra immediately
