Arrived to find the place overbooked after booking on Hotwire. I had booked a king bed. They put us in a room that was "clean, but had maintenance issues." We found the furniture pulled to the center of the room (two queen beds, nightstand, table, mini fridge and dresser,) a paint sprayer plugged in and sitting on the nightstand, cockroach on the wall inside the room, security latch busted in half, tub dirty, and when I went to take a shower no hot water.
We were exhausted and just needed to sleep so we didn't bother complaining at the time. Someone started honking their horn outside

I have stayed here twice now, The first time was around Halloween, The second time was in February. The first stay they where just recently acquired by Quality inn and where remodeling so I was tolerant. The room was just so so. So we decided to go back the second time. That was a huge mistake, the room we had was so sub standard. You would think that with the remodel they would have giving some tlc to all the rooms by now. And by that I mean go in and at least refresh them a bit, But no. The place was dirty, the walls had stuff on them we could not identify. The ac unit in the second room looked

They have made strides to improve and many of the rooms have been modernized in a rough sort of way... Plaster work and paint are fresh if not rough in some places... Bathrooms have been redone and flooring as well... Overall quality of the room is not bad and has definitely improved in the last few months even in the older rooms... Seems like most units now come with a microwave and fridge whereas before that was not the case.

Buena Park Park Hotel & Suites aka Knights Inn, a diamond in the ruff. I promise this is a case of "don't judge a book by it's cover". Out in Cali for a full week for a conference, I waited till the week of to book my reservation. I knew anything close to the convention center will be pricey. By the time I booked, rates as high as $225/night, I'm not trying to pay rent 2x in one month. Jump on Expedia and found a room for $52/night, right across the street from Knott's Berry Farm, the last one left so I booked it.

A very mixed experience. My mom got us a good deal on this hotel from Hotwire for our Disneyland trip and we were excited. When we got there, we noticed that our room was filthy, with a visibly dirty bathroom and no fridge or microwave. The bedspread was also stained and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time.

This is probably the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. We had two rooms. Room #1: we checked in it took 45 mins and then to get to the room and someone else was already booked in that room. Go back to the front desk and have to wait another 30 mins to get it rectified because there was only one person working and he seemed to be overwhelmed because everyone was coming back with a problem. They upgraded to a "Suite" the only thing sweet about was that it had two rooms and three beds.

You get what you pay for. We had a last-minute idea to get out of town for the weekend, so I booked the room the day we left town. The room was a bargain, and it was in a good location, so that was nice.

I would never stay here again! The front desk was very nice. But this place is very dated and old. My family got in alittle early at 12:00 . I went to see if maybe we could check in early. The lady at the beak said maybe at 1pm there maybe a room. So my family and I drove around for about an 1hr or so . It was after 1pm. I went back to see if there was a room available. There was a different lady at the front desk. This one said yes there is a room but there would be a $35.00 early check in fee. What the hell!!!!!! I have never heard of that before!!!!!! For just this alone I will never stay

I would give 0 star if it's available. I arrived at this hotel and got check in quickly. When I opened the door, there trash on the table and floor. 2nd room that was assigned had no curtain in the shower. There were ants in the shower and sink. 3rd room, we were having such a hard time to turn on and turn off the shower. Not the hotel that I'll go back to.

Please do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. First thing we see when pulling up is a security guard walking the grounds. Thats never a good sign. There was no regarding the quiet hours 10pm-6am . Even though the pool was supposed to close after 9pm people & loud kids still splashing away @ 945. All the way up until 1145pm sounded like 15 people were hanging by the pool with their kids running around being super loud with no regatding the quiet times.

Do not stay here unless, you like spiders in your bed and ants all over the bathroom.
We was ready to go to bed and under the blanket was a spider running all over and the blanket and sheets had stains we called the front desk and let them know about the spider they said they'll send security to send us new sheets and the sheet he brung was also dirty with stains and they was ants all over the bathroom in the shower and the shower curtain and all on the floor.

Horrible!!! This place did not have any hot water. When I called the front desk at 5pm I was told the hot water is being worked on and will return shortly. I called again around 6:30pm because there was still no hot water, only to told that someone is repairing the boiler and the water should return at 9pm. Well, it is the next day and the hot water never turned on. After making several complaints the front desk clerk said I should wait until the manager gets in at 9am...I will definitely be speaking to the manager. This is nonsense!

This hotel is on the cheaper end for the area but you definitely get what you pay for. The rooms were dingy and run down, one bed was very comfortable while the other bed had a huge hole in the middle of the mattress, the bathtub was disgusting and cracked. There were no smoking regulations,or they were not enforced, and we constantly were exposed to people smoking right outside of our room, in the pool area and in general walking around.
I gave it two stars (probably worth 2.5)as opposed to one because the people at the hotel we're very kind and helpful. Pool/ spa is nice but small and

I am an AP holder at Disneyland, so travel pretty frequently to SoCal. When one of our usual hotels was shutdown at the last minute due to a water line break, we decided to give the Buena Park hotel and suites a shot. I'm sure glad we did!
This place is huge! We were placed way in the back, which we were skeptical about at first, but it turned out awesome! Huge room, pretty clean, and tons of parking. We aren't super picky and if you are looking for a fancy place, this isn't it. But it was a really decent room for the price!

I recently stayed in Buena Park hotel on a trip to L.A.
All I can say is that it exceeded my expectations by miles. The staff were so friendly. They really made me feel like I belonged there. The room was very clean, and updated. Bed was comfortable. The toilet flushed, and the shower did its job. I couldn't have asked for a better room at this price.
My only complaint is that they were selling Girl Scout cookies. Which I bought too many boxes of

Oh my goodness, some of these people are so dramatic on these reviews! I decided to ignore most of them and just see how this hotel was for myself. We stayed here over the weekend because my boyfriend had a basketball tournament at Cypress college , close to this hotel. I found a good deal on hotels.com for this place and looked up the area and it's in a great location right off the freeway and walking distance from tons of food places and bars/shopping centers and of course Knotts also.

During our recent trip to Anaheim we stayed at the Buena Park Hotel and Suites in Beautiful Buena Park California. The hotel is located near Medieval Times and the Pirate Dinner Theater as well as numerous other tourist and dining options. Knott's Berry Farm is a pleasant fifteen-twenty minute walk away as well.
