They put us in a room with a broken A/C and refused to move us to a room with a working A/C and told us to just "open the window and air it out" but we were on ground level so there were water bugs roaming around. The manager William told us we can check out and still get a refund since we only spent about an hour checked in. It took 2 weeks to hear back from the hotel just to find out they refused to give me the refund that the manager promised we'd get.

Moldy Mildew and weak shower water flow.
Though the rooms are spacious, the lobby is illustrious, and the beds are comfortable, the service is mediocre, the rooms are not kept up.
I had attempted to call the front desk from my cell and from the room phone, both just kept ringing on and on on a non holiday Monday. I wasn't sure why the room phone kept ringing, while the cell automated system kept repeating for me to press one.
Anyway, I wanted to report that the room had a mildew moldy smell, and that there was a tear to the carpet as to not be charged for my deposit since these damages

We got here around 930pm after being in crazy traffic with our two year old get all our crap up to the room while dad is giving the baby a bath I was prepping the room for bedtime I immediately notice the sheets on one of the beds are not clean. In fact they look like they have dried god knows what on them. I call the front desk and get told, "you've been here almost a half hour and we are sold out I don't have any sheets" uh, first off, have you ever tried to get three days worth of toddler luggage and said tired toddler in and settled anywhere? Obviously he is not a parent

I was driving here from NorCal, and got my check-in time wrong, so arrived early. Thankfully, Ammar Alissa was manning the check-in desk! Although it was a weekend and they didn't have any rooms available early, he helped me get as checked-in as possible, so I'd just have to come back and grab my key when a room was ready. Not only that, but I actually saw him check with his coworkers and staff to verify that none of them knew of anyone who'd checked out early and whose room would be ready soon. Long story short, I came back within an hour or two, and Ammar had worked some magic

You do NOT get what you paid for here - I booked a king bed but was checked in to a double queen bed room. In addition there was frequent loud banging noise from the room above. I was also charged a $100 room deposit at check in. The front desk did not even provide me with a WiFi code at check in and when they did I found the WiFi was really slow. The room itself was also a long walk from the front desk despite the front desk telling me otherwise. No breakfast was served due to COVID-19. Room furniture looks outdated. Surrounding area is also boring and uneventful.

Horrible place. Customer service is horrible. I literally checked in with my wife and 5 mins from us checking in to us getting to our rooms we noticed that there was a smell as if a homeless person snuck in there and pissed all over the place. Also one of the first things my wife did after we dropped our bags was try to use the bathroom but was rudely greeted by piss all over the toilet seat. We took pictures and I immediately brought it to the front desk. Once I showed the picture to the front guy named (Dave) he rudely accused my wife and I that we did that and that he wouldn't refund me

I stayed here for a week for my birthday and it was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they made my trip that much better by being so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom and shower was clean, the area was quiet, and we really enjoyed our stay. There is free WiFi and it worked really well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, I was very happy with my stay.

Absolutely, by far the worst stay I had with them.the front desk, Pryal was extremely rude, careless and unprofessional. Definitely not worth your time and money. We had just came back from our trip and noticed a few things wrong or not done at all . Sheets were dirty, they put out a brand new roll of toilet paper, but was obviously contaminated with a foreign substance. Our companions were staying in the room next to us and paid for 3 days . There bags were taken out of the room and they gave another set of guest the same room. Like WHAT ! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE , NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE

I paid $157 for one night.The room needs paint, the carpet is in terrible condition, lamp fixtures are dusty, the air conditioner smells really musty, the room smells like old spilt beer, the bed sheets and pillow cases arent in the greatest condition, i would not stay here again. I could find a much nicer place to stay for that mich or even cheaper...learned my lesson

If you want an expensive place to stay with no amenities this is a place to stay, they have no continental breakfast their Waterpark is very very small only for 6yrs and under I the large pool for bigger kids was very small the room was okay except for the handle to the bathroom was coming off. They charge you $23 for an extra car so if you have family coming to visit you since you're from out of town that would be $23 for them to parking for a few hrs.

We had a great time here. The room and bathroom were clean! There was always hot water and the AC worked good! The kids loved the water park but the big pool wasn't heated and it was still a little cold out so we didn't spend much time there at all! The water slide is super fun! The staff was also very nice! We will definitely be back!
The only negative was that you can hear sirens when they passed and being on the bottom floor, kids running up stairs was a bit loud!

Dirty. Everything from the walls, to the floors, and even the bedside lamps. All of it had one stain after another. Also every single time we walked in our room it smelled really bad, similar to a dead rat, and the hallways smelled like packaged ramen. Not to mention the pool had a plastic black plastic bag just floating around in it along with some leaves and dirt.
There were some good things to say however like how the lobby when you first walk in is lovely, unfortunately I wasn't sleeping there instead where it felt much more clean. The customer service was good the woman at the front desk
