We are a neighborhood studio offering small classes, emphasizing individual attention for both the first timer and the more seasoned student. From the moment you enter the studio we want you to feel transported from the everyday, and start the transformation that Yoga can bring to your life. In Sanskrit, Yoga means union.
Yoga is the union between art and science, philosophy and physical. At Minnehaha Yoga Studio we strive for the union between breath and balance to bring bliss. All Yoga originates from the same tradition and branches into different styles. We are pleased to offer diverse styles of Yoga so everyone can find the Yoga to fit their life.

I have been a student at Minnehaha Yoga since the summer of 2011 until now. I had a great Vinyasa teacher at the studio and enjoyed a weekly class at 6:30am on Thursday mornings. The space is cozy and lots of one-on-one attention is given to students. However, I received an email from the studio owner on Wednesday, January 4th, 2012 saying that the Thursday class had been canceled. This was one day's notice. I had just purchased a new package in the middle of December for five additional classes. With Thursday being the only class that worked in my schedule, I was left with no other class

My favorite yoga spot. A place to make friends and talk yoga. Excellent teachers with great adjustments and advice. Especially good for people new to yoga or with injuries who don't want the pressure of a high intensity fast paced work out. But those who do want a workout can get one if they choose.
