It is nice motel. It was clean and very modern . The bed was comfortable. The rest had plenty of towels. The only thing about the shower is that the shower head was loose and leaked. There were plenty of outlets to charge your phone. There was a big t.v . There was hair dryer . There was a microwave. There wasn't a coffee maker . The room was reasonable and I I appreciated that the owner held the room for us. The heater worked too .I would recommend them.

I just want to say this hotel is updated and beds are extremely comfortable always clean a big plus about this hotel is that they have Great Cable TV all Channels and some great movie channels FREE WiFi and FREE parking and a very convenient location on and off the freeway for easy access to SFO Airport or surrounding SF areas, close to mall walking distance to convenience stores, gas stations and walking distance to Wells Fargo Bank. This Hotel is only 5 minutes to SFO Airport and If you stay here frequently they do their very best to accommodate your room request always very kind and helpful

I don't really understand what all the complaints are about my stay was wonderful the guy who checked me in was really awesome he tried to give me a good deal tried to really show me options for a room that I wanted was very respectful with me very polite housekeeping was phenomenal yes it is in a busy location but if you have a noise machine in earplugs you can drown all that noise out it's in a really great convenient location really close to a bus stop close to the Target close to the BART there's a place right down the street we can get coffee in the morning despite the rooms

I would love to be able to review the Bayhill Inn in full, but unfortunately I didn't make it past the front desk. I had a confirmed reservation that I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived at the hotel at 11pm, I was informed by the man at the front desk that they had given away my room because I hadn't checked in by ***6PM***. What hotel cancels a reservation for not checking in by 6PM!? This directly contradicted the confirmation email I received stating that checkin closes at midnight. When I pointed this out to him, he stated that it was because they didn't have my credit

Checked in around 530pm....room wasn't ready...went down the street and got dinner came back around an hour and a half later...room still not ready but gave us another room that the housekeeper was just finishing up. So we waited about 5 minutes. Got in the room put our stuff on the bed and in plain sight there's a CONDOM rapper on the floor!!!! Called the desk they had the housekeeper come back and she picked it up and said "sorry I was in a hurry cause you were waiting" the sheets also were not the cleanest. Only stayed until about 3 am until our flight the next morning

We had to change rooms. In the first room, the phone didn't work. In the second room, the TV didn't work. We had a clogged toilet and the motel gave us a plunger to unclog it ourselves. Unable to unclog it, we got a third room. My mother is in her 80s and was very upset about having to change rooms. Oh and we requested a 7 a.m. wake up call, and no one called... good thing we woke up in time!

THE place for a low-stress visit to San Francisco: stay here in San Bruno, walk to the BART and take it straight to the city. Also walking distance: a huge mall with everything from a supermarket, Lowes, top restaurants...even a Hooters. Across the street: a Chili's with a fun lounge scene till midnight, and quiet neighborhood streets. You can watch the planes take off from SF International 2 miles away, and either take the BART to the terminals or drive to it (4 minutes). The 101 is around the corner.

I stayed here with my brother from 10/20/17 to 10/23/17. We tried looking for other hotels in San Francisco but if you are reading this, chances are you've found out it can be pretty expensive. This hotel is RIGHT next to the airport, literally a 4 minute drive from the SFO car rental agency. It is also close to plenty of eateries (Chili's right across the street, Jack in the box and Wendy's just down the street). Came here on a fluke one night, it was the only place could find that wasn't outrageously expensive. It was gross, and our tv was broken like someone had thrown something at it. Maybe we just got a super old, yucky room, but the man that came in the office after checking his room, was pissed! Don't even waste your money unless you are absolutely in desperate need to also somewhere.

This is a basic Motel that is perfectly located by the airport. It had clean sheets, clean towels, clean shower, clean sink and clean toilet. It had a microwave and mini fridge which I did not use. It does have shampoo/body soap in liquid form through a dispenser similar to European small motels.

Got this hotel through Hotwire. Very disappointed. Not only did Hotwire charge my card, so did the person at the front desk! Everything seems to be done on paper (no computer) and when I tried to show them my confirmation, the front desk person said I'll be credited the funds if its a double billing. Still waiting. The cleaning lady was really nice, though. I think she does all the rooms by herself. The room itself was roomy, with a big screen TV. The refrigerator and microwave are in the same nook as where you would hang your clothes. Not what I would prefer since I don't want

Hey and the maids a really decent, THe massages aren't so bad either ha.
Check the beds as usually but I didn't find anything bad.
I found the closet and bathroom to be quite roomy.
THey also have a pretty decent vending machine and the parking is great.
I said that in my TOny THe TIger voice ha ha.
The location is good too, there's lots of things around to do.

I can't tell you how the rooms look never made it that far.
We were getting a room for this man Charlie who is a war vet he is missing a leg oh yeah he is homeless.
He was sitting in my car I went in to see if they had a room.
They did, as soon as this non american saw he was homeless she said we don't want his kind in here. He is a very nice man down on his luck at this B!+C# would not give him a room.
But she gave it to 2 foreigners.

Clean inside & out, pretty, and safe. Friendly staff. Doesn't overlook Taco Bell. No business conducted on the parking lot.
Best part: same price as Motel Six, but cozy & classy. Whether you need to catch an early flight to SFO or get away from drama at home, you'll be glad you did. Warning: it's hard to have a pity party under recessed lighting, swanky decor and 200+ channels on TV.
