Pictures of room was deceptive. Actual room is very low standard. Questionable cleaning standards. Hair from the last occupants left everywhere. Old heating system cranks out cold air for extended time before warming up. Unaware of charge for parking. Didn't see it while booking. Loud, squeaky bed frame. Bathroom fan didn't work. Paint shedding on bathroom floor. Was disturbed by housekeeping 2 hours before checkout. Heavy traffic of people talking loudly in the hallway. Single serve Keurig was actually a multiple servings Keurig and had old water in it's reservoir that couldn't be poured out.

Boyfriends experience: "Room was perfectly fine, clean. But the outside looks bummy. I was worried about the car being outside because of all the signs warning to not leave stuff in the car. I also heard a car alarm going off in the middle of the night. Also alot of suprise fees. Parking Fee, early check in fee. Not expecting any of that. The continental breakfast os just a bug full of store bought pastries. Other hotels usually have hot food, ceral etc but all the items was small and in bag. Just wanted others to know what it is like before purchasing online."

Nice hotel near SFO. It’s very reasonable - $65/room - and as such there are not lots of amenities. But if you just need a nice, clean hotel for overnight it’s great.

Staff really tried to work with me to get a good rate for my extended stay. Very kind and considerate for my particular needs, as well as friendly. Nice, clean, modern rooms for a good price. I felt very safe while staying there.

Room was decent but no airport shuttle and parking was extra which is ridiculous when there is no airport shuttle! Also wasn't a fan of using my cell phone to open the door. If you are visiting from out of country, that's not always an option. I won't stay here again.

Terrifying. People screaming in the hallways, carpeted walls in the hallway that stink, roach spray at the front desk at check in. Seems like a residential or pay-by-the-hour place. Roaches scattered when I turned the light on. I did not stay the night.

Hotel staff were accommodating and helpful. I had an issue with hot water in my room and they switched me to another one with no issues.
You need to use your phone in order to access your room and the exterior doors on the property. I wasn't a huge fan of it, due to it taking longer than a traditional hotel key.
You have to pay for parking, in my opinion that should be free.
The hotel is pet friendly but there isn't a good grassy area to walk your dog. The hotel could REALLY use some landscaping, the outside is an eyesore.
Rooms don't have mini fridges, the bathroom is super small, and the

It's very disappointed experience. Must pay for parking event though through price line filter for free parking. Paid 83$ total. Promote 64$. Receptions hand over a plastic bag of toilet item like shampoo on what that rate it should be ready in restroom. Still. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE

I only have it two stars because of the staff. I would not stay at this hotel again. You can tell they just updated it. There is no way in hell the bathtub should be dirty ! Nor find towels like that. That honestly turned me off overall makes me question if they actually cleaned the tub or the sheets. I like to feel comfortable in hotels this one I was not!

This is only like a one night stay typa deal I would not stay longer

Opened the door. Flipped the light switch. Walked towards the bed and movement under the tv on the table with the coffee maker caught our attention. Cockroaches.

Thank goodness we were only staying a few hours before our early morning flight. Needless to say it was not a restful night of sleep.

I thought this hotel was ok for a pet friendly hotel although I had to change rooms since the first room was smelly like mens perfume and mildew in the bathroom.

The other thing I didn't like is the air conditioner is locked into 66 degrees. This made it uncomfortable to sleep since I need cooler air for my breathing problem.

My pet was happy and dunkin donuts across the street. All the staff was very friendly except the lady who checked me into the hotel who made me feel like a criminal since I didn't tell her upon check in that I had a dog. I had specified pet friendly on hot

Stayed at Hotel Focus a couple months ago and I didn't have a problem at all. 3.5 stars really. Getting checked in and out was a breeze with good hospitality. They offer complimentary breakfast not very many options but hey at least they have one.

It's one of those hotels where you just need a place for the night. The room is only spacious because the bathroom area is small -the sink is outside the bathroom- it's also spacious because there's literally not much in the room.

There's not many available outlets either. Just the charger by the TV that they offer and the

My friends and i had a 12 hour layover at SFO and decided to get a room last minute to sleep in actual beds instead of staying in the airport. there are free shuttles that run from 430 am until midnight, but it's best to call the number when you land to make sure that the driver knows you're at the terminal shuttle stop so they know to look for you.

there's only 1 elevator in the hotel and unfortunately during our visit it was down for upgrades. luckily we had a room on the second floor next to the stairwell, so it wasn't that bad. The rooms and walls are pretty thin though

This is the Hotel that we received using a voucher from Alaska Airlines due to a missed connection.
Upon arriving at the hotel, the Customer Service agent seemed annoyed that more guest had arrived to check-in. As I approach the counter he curtly demanded "ID and credit card". I stated we are using a voucher from Alaska Airlines. He then wanted the paper voucher. Unfortunately we only had an electronic version of the voucher.
He was unhappy and said we should be given a paper copy. I was able to email a copy of the voucher to him. He didn't seem to know how to check in a guest

Parking costs $13/day

We stayed in room 215 and didn't have issues with bugs like others, so #winning? You definitely get what you pay for. This isn't a fancy hotel by any means, but it's cheap sans parking.

Located close to the airport, Costco, Popeyes, and Domino's (delivery, although they take forever). It cost us $33 RT via Uber Pool/Uber X to get to and from the city for a night out with friends.

Breakfast was better than I expected. They had the full stash with fruit, yogurt, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice, milk and coffee.

Only thing good about this place is the price. But pictures and reviews on Hotels & Booking.com are misleading:
Worst part is the NOISE. Most rooms are condensed to a few narrow hallways where you can literally hear everything outside and in the lobby. I'm not sure how it is for other people's rooms, but when the guests above me used their toilet I could hear the water draining. On top of this, my door did not lock fully and i only felt comfortable/private if i put the secondary latch on the door as well, which also happened to be loose.

In terms of service, the woman i spoke with

This hotel is competitively priced but not aesthetically pleasing.
It is run down, but "painted over" to give a modern feel.
I will not stay there again, but I had to try it.
I slept through the night even though the walls are paper thin.
Only expect a room to sleep in and bathroom to clean in.

Room was decently clean, however that Asian receptionist lady ... AWFUL. Very rude and unprofessional with a nasty attitude. Besides her, the room was clean enough, both the a/c and heater worked, just the shower head is fairly low. I personally wouldn't leave anything of high value here. Doesn't seem too secure or safe.

You get what you pay for I guess but service could've been DEFINITELY better.

Terrible curb appeal. When we pulled up I wasn't sure if this hotel was still in business because the dead and overgrown weeds are abundant around the hotel and it looked like it was abandoned.

The rooms are very small. The beds are double beds. There is no desk to setup your laptop at. There's 2 small end tables/nightstands and those are filled up clock/coffee maker/ice bucket, etc. so there is very little space to set you car keys, room key, purse, etc.

The bathroom is so small that the sink and mirror are outside the bathroom. It's right next to the door to get into

How this hotel has a two star review is beyond me. I stayed here for four nights and was very pleased with every bit of it.

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly professional and kind. There was a situation where a guest confused the front desk agent with a flight attendant, and the woman at the front desk was so patient to the abuse she was being given. I certainly wouldn't have reacted as well as she did.

My room was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, it was so clean and the hotel was so quiet at night.

My room, 339, had a nice view of the garden courtyard
