The Heart Lodge ~ A beautiful 2,400 sq ft multi-purpose room with radiant heated floors & stone fireplace. The Yurt ~ A 30' yurt located in a serene setting provides an ideal alternative space for up to 40 people in meditation, yoga, movement or workshops. Main Lodge ~ Historic 2 story lodge with dining room, large meeting area and conference room, and overnight lodging for up to 28 people.
Walking the Labyrinth: A labyrinth provides the walker with an opportunity to connect to the wholeness of being and to experience spiritual and intuitive renewal. As a meditation, the circuitous path becomes a metaphor for our lives and in walking it, be find resources within ourselves that we may not be aware of.

Have seen multiple large scale events happen here and stuff is always on point. Several cabins available with electricity and running water, but camping also available. With camping, this venue can handle hundreds of attendees. It's semi-remote so there are some logistics to get in and out, whether you're an attendee or production staff trying to haul in equipment and supplies. Nevertheless, it's a pretty special place. Being nestled in a small canyon, there are virtually no sound issues with neighbors, should you want to bring massive sound systems for dance parties.

I've been to many a workshop/event here and have always had really positive experiences. The grounds staff is friendly and helpful; if/when there is an issue (sometimes the hot tub filter gets clogged) they are right on it. The kitchen staff are awesome and reasonable people who have accommodated my special diet without drama or attitude- they just help me get what I need, which I really appreciate.

Arna (the property manager) is superb. If, like me, you need to plan an event remotely, you can rest assured you're in great hands with Arnna!
My boss, whom I coordinated two charity events for, had lots of offbeat requests (for example, he wanted our chef/urban farmer to give a demonstration on how to butcher a pig) -- and Arna took all of our unusual requests in stride (for instance, she ensured there was an area to carry out the butchery demo, and fridge space to put all the meat).
Since I was planning both events remotely, I had a million questions for her -- and she answered each and

Extremely helpful staff, Arna and the entire crew here do a exceptional job. I had left my car keys in the trunk accidentally, Arna was more than helpful in making sure I got my keys back. Also guiding me through the neighborhood as the event ended and making sure I stayed safe till I got my keys back. Can't thank Arna and the crew enough for their impeccable hospitality. Will definitely visit again, hopefully another Musica extravaganza.

Saratoga Springs has easy privacy, room to breathe, and lots going for it. I've been returning to Saratoga Springs since the late 1990s, though the lodge, the one remaining historic building, has been there since before the 1890s. The box canyon is a great environment, putting natural edges to the interaction space. The newer heart lodge is a flexible, comfortable (cool in the summer, warm in the winter) space that can hold a lot of people and has easy access to the outside.
The historic lodge and cabins are rustic and funky. They are a fine value that helps keep my costs down.

This is a really nice place to hold events. I've been there three times with a 300-person, five-day event. Arna and the staff have been wonderfully friendly and helpful, more than patient with our many unusual requirements. They genuinely care about their guests. The facility is well maintained and has many nice amenities -- swimming pool, warm pool, hot showers, good-sized kitchen, ice sold on site, lots of camping, individual cabins, bunk-style dorm, a sizeable indoor dance/concert/workshop space, main cabin with large lobby, three large porches, hiking, and more. This place was Awesome. The previous reviewer was correct, the grounds are fantastic, clean and very accessible. the pool and jacuzzi were always in top shape. there were 200 of us and there were no problems at all. The labyrinth and lovely vegetable garden was a nice bonus. Plenty of room for hiking up to the ridge where you can see Clear Lake. A peaceful, contented and wonderful place for us to be.

I miss it so much.
Went here for a campout/groovy party/awesome gathering of people and had nothing but a great time.
The staff was nothing but accommodating and accepting, and was happy to provide for all of our needs. The space was open, yet intimate and well-maintained. The facilities were comfortable, and the outdoor area was lovely.
I can't wait to make the short 2 hour drive from the city again for another excuse to be at Saratoga Springs. Nothing but good vibes from this place.

I am adding to Shayna's review below! i attended her and Chad's awesome wedding weekend. we seriously had way too much fun! i love this place and want to have a reunion wedding here every year! the staff are some of the nicest and more accommodating there are (and believe me, our crew is pretty crazy).

My husband and I rented this place out for the weekend for our wedding celebration.
After having celebrated our wedding with our families civilized style the 'wedding' we threw here was more of a 100 person friend all night weekend campout party.
Arna, the property manager was amazing and let us do just about what ever we wanted. She was super helpful and also gave us the space we needed to be the crazy freaks we are.
Our DJ friends set up a booming sound system by the pool that went all day and literally all night. Our friends dressed up in crazy costumes and we were pretty much
