Inspiring with his knowledge and HUMOUR in the practice of yoga.

Pradeep's classes keep my busy monkey mind occupied with the melding of movement + breath. His reminders of breath are helpful for me; in class, practicing, it's a moment for myself, outside of the busy-ness of career, educational, social, health, emotional even spiritual goals and yet, also inside of all of those goals, together.

Pradeep's classes emphasize important elements of yoga and yet he's not so serious! The language he uses is accessible to "non New Agers" and I parallel the class flow

I stumbled into Pradeep's class at Yoga Mandala (now Yoga Tree) and was instantly hooked. Here is my teacher. Inspiring, spiritual, funny, and tough, as in he challenges you but with love. I never feel so good working out and working in as in his class. He has a way of getting in there and bringing out the best. I also have never cracked up so much as in his class. I have missed him these past few months as he is no longer teaching at Yoga Mandala, now Yoga Tree, so I will have to catch him at flying yoga - an awesome studio or in the city. Love you Pradeep!

My experience after attending his class for the 1st time was life changing. I've tried many other forms of Yoga, however his practice really delivers and stands out from the rest. His Power Yoga Class is Outstanding! I'm so thankful to have met such a wonderful, funny, and engaging teacher. I highly recommend him for those who really want life transforming results!

We are fortunate enough, within my company, to have Pradeep and other instructors from Urban Flow teach yoga four days a week. I've been amazed to find that they are ALL wonderful - I've practiced for twelve years and have never seen one studio deliver such consistently good teachers across the board. Pradeep is particularly brilliant - a great technician but so much more! He's very passionate about yoga and takes his work seriously, yet he maintains a mood of levity and fun with terrific music and a keen sense of humor. He's also a hard teacher - he seems to sense when we&apos

Take Pradeeps class!! I accidentally walked into his class at Urban Flow when he was subbing for Rusty, I havent had too many great experiences with subs, but this was not the case with Pradeep. His class was very calm and inspiring yet rigorous and fun. He also has a wealth of knowledge stemming from practicing yoga since a child while in India and it really comes through in his classes. I've since left work early to take another one of his classes, and will mos definitely be going back. 5 stars all the way.

Pradeep is THE BEST yoga instructor I've ever had in the 10 years I've been practicing. He instructs his class with such ease and grounding energy, his spirit exuding kindness and love. His style is similar to the one and only Rusty Wells except that his thick Indian accent and funny English phrases offer a genuinely rich experience and make for at least one good laugh every time. He provides a rich musical experience with deeply inspiring mixes that put you into a trance, the energy timed perfectly with the increasing and eventual quieting of the breath in class. He is the master of

The best word I can think of to describe Pradeep's teaching style is INSPIRATIONAL.....I have only taken a handful of his classes and they have greatly impacted my personal practice. He has the uncanny ability to combine a deep sense of spirit with the lightest humour, at the best moments. If you are craving a new level in your practice, I highly recommend you seek out one of his classes, but make reservations because he has a devouted following! Rock on Pradeep~

Pradeep seems like he's having a wonderful time in life, and his yoga classes show it. Pradeep draws heavily on Rusty Wells' (an incredible instructor, goofball, and Pradeep's mentor) teachings, but he also adds his own quirky flavor. He's also a very challenging teacher (don't believe his jokes about offering yoga that's "Indian easy"), and I always feel uplifted (and worked on!) when I leave his class. He's one of my favorite instructors in the city.

After 7 years of practice and dozens of instructors, yoga with Pradeep is the most rewarding experience for my body and mind. I came in with severe back pain and a headache that 3 massages didn't fix and poof, one class with Pradeep and I felt immediate pain relief.

I just started taking Pradeep's classes at Equinox, and I feel compelled to write a review for him. I am a yoga fanatic, and a huge reason why I joined Equinox was to not have to pay for a yoga studio pass in addition to my gym membership. Normally, however, yoga classes at gyms are only about 70% as good as at real yoga studios. Well, let me tell you something- Pradeep's classes are 125% as good as any classes I have ever taken at a studio. I have been doing vinyasa flow-style classes regularly for about 4 years now and I have taken classes at Yoga Source in Palo Alto, Ubuntu in Napa

Pradeep continues to impress with his warmth, dedication, and love for his students. His classes are packed, and trust me, there is a reason why san francisco yogies CAN'T get enough of this guy. He artfully brings a powerful and personal yoga practice to each mat - EVERY individual feels honored in his class. With the perfect combination of movement and meditation - Pradeeps lessons inspire physical and spirtual well being.

Pradeep is a yoga instructor, who teaches MUCH more than downward dog. He challenges us all to breathe, experience, and grow. I am blessed to practice with Pradeep

Pradeep is incredible. He embodies Bhakti Yoga... full of love and wisdom and appreciation for everyone who walks through his door. He is the first teacher to truly guide me to connect my breath with my body, even with his rigorous workout. Every time I leave his class I feel so amazing- so connected with my body and thankful to be able to do so many things with it. I love you Pradeep!

I just had my first yoga session with Pradeep. It was AMAZING!

I've been practicing yoga for 5+ years and have never had a session like this. Pradeep provides an intense workout while being funny and caring. His instructions are clear and he's willing to provide subtle adjustments to make sure you're in the perfect pose. I really appreciated his emphasis on awareness of one's breath and the need to give each session your all.

I can't wait for my next session with Pradeep. I would highly recommend a class or private session.

Pradeep was an assistant in a teacher training program I did with Rusty Wells who is a practitioner of bhakti yoga. Pradeep personifies the spirit of bhakti which is the yoga of love and devotion. His presence is very calming and knowledgable. He adds a spiritual aspect to his yoga practice to incorporate more than just asana. I have been blessed to be in his presence and have benefited from his vast knowledge coupled with total humility!

Pradeep is a seasoned practitioner of yoga. He has been practicing yoga pretty much since he could walk. I'm pretty sure his body can go into every asana, and he has a gift for conveying yogic philosophy and concepts in a warm and down-to-Earth way. I started taking Bikram yoga, becasue I would really never work up a sweat and warm up my muscles enough in yoga class to get a good stretch. In Pradeep's classes, I sweat and progress in opening my body. Incidentally, my personal yoga practice has improved greatly since I started taking classes with Pradeep - I cannot think of a better

Pradeep is an excellent yoga instructor, puts his heart into every class and motivates his students to excel in their practice. His high energy class will leave you feeling stretched and relaxed and rejuvenated. He has a tremendous wealth of knowledge of yoga, having grown up in India and having taught many many classes, assisted teacher training courses with an international yoga organization, conducted workshops, and most recently assisting top name instructors like Rusty Wells at Yoga Tree. Just remember... leave your daily troubles at the door, bring yourself to the mat and don't try

Pradeep is the greatest!!!
Pradeep the Instructor is motivational, calming, inspiring, and effective.
His classes have a common structure: breathing and meditation to start, fast paced positions, floor stretching and core exercise, and meditation to end.
Pradeep cares about everyone in his class and never points out a novice's shortcomings.
I always leave feeling great physically and even better mentally.
You must go!
