We bought our first house with Sue Lessard and it was a wonderful experience start to finish. She listened to our needs, helped us figure out where to compromise if needed, and ultimately helped us buy a house with everything on our list! Joi Kressbach has been amazing to work with. Even though our family home did not sell for 3 years she remained diligent in keeping us informed of the market and advised us accordingly. Knowing our parent's home was difficult to part with, Joi was sensitive to our desires and that we needed to continue to rent our home to help with the upkeep and property taxes especially due to the fact we lived out of state. I can't say enough about the great service I received from Town and Shore, specifically working with Sue Lessard, in finding the absolute right property for me in Portland. I'm relocating from Boston so don't yet know Portland well. Sue spent a day getting me acquainted with different neighborhoods and helping me decide which would be right for me. I called looking to speak to a real estate agent as I'm looking to relocate to Maine & was going to be in the area later this summer. I had originally tried the online contact form, but it kept getting sent back to me as undeliverable. I was told by the person who answered the phone that she wouldn't be able to help me, but would look to find someone who would & asked if I would be around that night.
